The service department is always good

I know they are very expensive comparatively so a lot of local people go out of town but I would rather not deal with that and I like working with Steve in Service. Their sales area is higher than the dealers in AR and other MO towns too but it's closer and less hassle. Noah has always been good in sales and we've bought 3 cars from him.

Great Service Department

Really Impressed. I have been using Napleton Volkswagen of Springfield for several years. They are currently servicing all our family's vehicles. From their service check-in process to their shuttle driver I have always been satisfied. I always make it a point to refer them to my friends and family which is somewhat out of character for me. I will continue to use Napleton Volkwagen Service depart and most likely will buy my next Volkswagen CC from them. Hopefully their sales department can compare.

Maintenance Service

I bought my VW Jetta here in 2007, and have been using them to service my car ever since. I haven't had any major issues with my vehicle, because I bring it in for preventative maintenance. They fix my car correctly the first time, and treat me like family. That's why I keep coming back.

car service

ive never meant a nicer man than steve, he is like family, and cares about the customer, and explains everything, i would not take my jetta anywhere else. i rate this dealership triple A plus. loved it

So stinkin' glad they fixed my car

Bought this car from another dealer about a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems (so glad I got that extended warranty). Took it to them for a diagnostics test on Friday and work on it began on the following Monday morning and ended in the early afternoon. Took them only a couple of days to fix a problem(s) that my previous guys' probably still wouldn't have been able to fix after almost 2 years.

VW Eos repair

Prompt and courteous. Took the EOS in to determine issue with pistons holding the trunk open. They checked things out thoroughly and determined the problem. Gave us a discount on the diagnostic work and ordered the necessary part. Even washed the car for us! Thanks for the great service.
