Napleton Lacks Customer Care!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. We bought a 2014 TDI SEL Premium NOV 2017 (Diesel fix had been performed). Car has been in the shop 4 times now, last visit has been 8 days and counting with no fix in sight. VW is "developing" software and said early Mar for the release. We asked about trading it in on another car and paying the additional cost as it was more expensive, only to be told I would lose $4500 in less than a month as my $19500 car would only get $15000 in trade now. So, the consumer should eat that because VW cannot fix a car I was sold less than two months ago? Still in limbo, loaner car is not even close to my car that is sitting on the lot waiting for a "fix" while I pay for it. Dealership should resolve my problem ASAP and let VW deal with it. The manager has yet to return our phone call our resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service or care!!! UPDATE: Reached out to VW CARE. They have encouraged me to secure Class Counsel through them to assist in the buy back of my LEMON. Napleton still has done nothing. I have attempted to talk to Paul Napleton via email, nothing yet. I will email again and attempt to call him. I was however able to speak with Drew (the GM) only to be told they are doing all they can. When I asked why they haven't honored the customer and bought the car back, he said "well we made a profit when we sold that car and we cannot buy it back for what you paid for it" .... Wait you made a profit however the consumer is left holding the bag when it comes to repairs that are not even possible yet as VOLKSWAGEN has developed the software to fix the problem. VW Care said this is the 1 in 500,000 that has this problem. So I am still here, out my car for three weeks and counting. Making payments for a TDI SEL Premium while given a bare bones TSI to drive. I asked if they can make my car payments since the dealership has my car, only to be told by Drew "We have asked VW to assist with both the difference in buy back offer ($15000) and what I paid for the car two months ago, and we have also asked VW to make your payments." This was news to me because NO ONE from the dealership has called to relay any of this. Will update as we go along.

Increadible Service
Michael picked me up from the airport but prior to that he made sure he addressed every issue I had with the used Porsche 911 that I was looking at online. I have purchased a lot of cars and no one has been able to impress me like Michael. Seriously, I plan on working with Napleton Autowerks Missouri on anything I buy in the future. It was way worth the flight out there to assure I got exactly what I wanted in a used Porsche.

Bought my 3rd car
So, I have bought 3 cars from Napleton. Went in to service my VW, saw a cute Mitsubishi and worked out a trade. Salesperson, Noah was awesome, giving me several options. And made a trade a few days later. My first VW was purchased here in 2014, my second VW in 2016, and my Mitsubishi in 2017. Everyone is down to earth, no pressure. They seem to be interested in the customer as a person. The service department is wonderful too. You know what you?re getting and all the employees are friendly and professional. I look forward to my next car buying experience from Napleton.

Great service! The Service guys are great! Very friendly will continue to use this dealer! Oil was changed and the car was washed for 70 bucks!

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. No Hassel and no pressure. I absolutely had a wonderful experience. Ask for Josh Butts he will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Great Experience
I walked in looking for a new car, a few guys rushed me and wanted to be my sales person for the day. But I was holding out for this little ray of sunshine Joshua. He took my hand and led me to the promise land. We spent time talking about cars, and even video games. We went for a little test drive and had a wonderful time. The process was light speed fast, and as professional as you could get. He is the only person I will see to buy a new car in the future. Also, if you have the pleasure of having him as your salesman I'd encourage you to roll down your window and watch his golden locks flap in the wind. 10/10 would recommend

2004 CROSSFIRE
Love my snazzy little car. Ron was excellent and worked very hard to make it happen.....great guy. Still waiting for a small part that Chrysler no longer makes. I think it would make a better overall appearance in the lovely showroom if they had a friendly receptionist to greet you when you walk in.
