I had purchased an GMC Acadia and the back trunk door was not working properly and they got me in quick and replaced parts and I was treated very nice by the ladies in the cash office. they even assisted me in making coffee while I waited. I have gone back for my points check and was offered a great package on 3 of the all points check of my Acadia. very pleased with Jeff Wyler all around service.

Very Unorganized

Went to look at the GMC Acadia. First test drove one that was very dirty inside and out but had everything I wanted. Started running numbers and they would not get my payments were I told them was my max. So they showed me another one that didn't have everything I wanted but was nice. Told me it was less then the 1st one. Keep asking for the price but never got that answered. Come to find out it was only $500 less then the first one. BIG SAVINGS!!! (not) Once we finally agreed on the price and was trying to sign all the paperwork the Salesman was clueless. His dad is one of the managers there, so I am sure that is how he got the job. Only been there 9 months. My car was never fully detailed as promised heck they left most of the residue behind from the stickers. I will say that service was wonderful because about a week after having the vehicle the power steering was acting up. They had to fully replace it and they gave me a loaner car. So I was happy with that. However, here it is 2 months later and I still have no tag. Back in February we received paperwork to have it registered in FL because the co-owner lives there. Told them that was not going to happen it is going to have KY tags. So I had to go back and sign new paperwork. That was on 2/16. On 2/21 the co-owner received the paperwork which they signed and returned the same day. Now fast forward to 3/20....dealership still has paperwork and it has not been filed or sent to corporate to file for my tags. They tell me it could be there today or tomorrow. Talk about Sloppy work and lack of communication. If that is what you like this dealership is wonderful for you. I will not be going back. Should have stuff with Kerry.

Ask for Ketchel, best salesman hands down

We bought a used car here 2 days ago and honestly, the best part of the whole experience was working with our salesman, Ketchel. He was not pushy and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. I’ve never met a salesman that made me feel so welcome and taken care of and genuinely cared that we were happy. I never felt pressured by him to buy something I didn’t want or felt like he cared more about his commissions than our needs. He really helped us find the best car and did so much for us throughout the entire process. If you shop with Jeff Wyler, make sure to ask for Ketchel.

Great car dealership!

This is the 2nd car I've bought from this dealership and both times the experience has been great. First used car I bought from them was still running after 10 years. Highly recommend!

New purchase of 2019 GMC 3500 Denali Dually

This was the fourth GMC which we have purchased from Jeff Wyler in the last 10 years, and is the second one in the last five months in which we have had the pleasure to be served by Kevin Meier. Kevin is an utmost professional, and it is truly a joy to work with him. His honesty and no-nonsense style make it a very enjoyable experience to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle (GMC 3500 Denali) was great, and he was aware of what the competition had to offer, and he showed/told us about the advantages of the GMC over the competition (Ford). Kevin had good communication with us before the sale, and has also followed up with us several times in the past two weeks since the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The rest of the people at the dealership that we dealt with (Jason and Bill) were friendly, helpful, and gave us confidence that we made the correct choice by purchasing our GMC from Jeff Wyler. We have built up the rapport with various people at Jeff Wyler over the years (Scott in Service is excellent!), so we felt very good about our choice of vehicle and dealership, and will do it all again when the time comes for another GMC.

JEFF WYLER DOES NOT HONOR ONLINE INCENTIVES

If you would like a stress free great experience when buying a truck then keep on driving . After test driving a truck at Jeff Wyler GMC Florence we patiently waited 3 weeks watching for new incentives. A good incentive came up and we did the financing on their site. We made copies of it and went in to purchase the truck. We were told that there was an error on their site and they wouldn't HONOR that incentive. Mistakes can be made. So we left. The incentive went off the site 2 days later. They called and asked what they could do to make the deal happen- Simply HONOR the price that was on their site. A few days later the same deal came up in the financing section . This incentive came up many times in the following weeks. Every time that they would contact us they would ask what it would take- we would simply say to HONOR the deal that they advertised online. Obviously this was not a mistake on their site. The best thing to come out of this experience is that we went to another GMC dealer who by far gave us outstanding service and a great deal. So BEWARE that Jeff Wyler GMC in Florence does not HONOR their online prices. As a side note we are a couple in our 50's that has paid off our house and have no outstanding bills. A month after all of this started we received a letter stating that they declined our credit - The only thing that we could think of is that if we made a bad review then they could say that they declined our credit. Amazing because they wanted us to drive the truck off the lot that very first night. A VERY DISAPPOINTING and POOR EXPERIENCE!
