2007 Buick

Service was great. The dealership saw me in the same day that I inquired about buying a used car. The salesman was great. He stayed late to make sure that I was taken care of.

Ok. Purchase took a long time to process. Detailer put diesel in gas truck before delivery. Dealer cleaned it up but fought any additional short term warranty. Finally gave 30 days on injectors.

took my chance

WENT THERE TO GET MY key less part to get put in ,,well it was checked out a week ago and the service person said he would call me when it comes in,,well i never received that call all those day ,, so i took the chance and drove out there ,,[note ,, its a good distance from where i live ]when i got there i waited awhile before he even came over to my car and ask of my problems.and i had to refresh his memory of the part that was ordered ..then finally he remembered ,,[I THINK ]I GOT lucky ,, the part was there ,,but he did not call at all..,,the part was put in and worked ok ,,,only in hopes it was the correct diagnosis,,,well so far it starting ok ,,only hope it continues like that.......

Service center

Excellent customer care. Didnt know I had a free oil change and tire rotation on my truck when I was having it serviced they called and asked if I wanted it done, if it wasnt for them asking I wouldnt of known anything about it.

Much impressed with service department

I like this place; been in many others-Fixed my bake problems in a timely manor and replaced a broken ignition cover. AAA++++ I'm glade I got their extended warranty with used car 2016, but still...sleep better at night lol. Everyone seems friendly enough-Looks like state of the art garage, new floors and multiple lifts-The service department process if fast and promote. If you choose to stay...clean waiting areas with water, refreshments, comfortable seats and TV-Also a que wide screen showing check in and out with name and cars on screen-"Shows; in repair "processing" or completed. I think it is a nice smooth system they have going here- RD

I visited my dealership to get an oil change. They were speedy and polite. When I went to pay, they informed me it was free because I got two free oil changes with the purchase of my vehicle!
