Mercedes service
Service rep was very nice and helpful. However, the problem with my GL550 is still not solved. I purchased the car almost two years ago, and since then, I have brought the car in at least 3 times because the computer board shows that the coolant level is low. The technician has topped it off, but has not found a leak or any particular reason (other than sensitivity?) why this keeps happening. Not the service person's fault - he was responsive and helpful. However, the dealership should be more helpful in following up.

Ernie Nolasco's customer service was excellent, excellent service advisor for Autobahn The only inconvenience was that I had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get our vehicle washed after my payment for the services, I had received a text that our vehicle was ready to be picked up earlier and only stop by and make the payment, this was a bit of and inconvenience.

I purchased a 2017 CLA 250 through the Costco Auto program with Autobahn Motors. Ali Khan was my contact at Autobahn and is a certified Costco Auto Sales guy. He was great, very responsive, and found me my dream car! The sales center is under construction with minimal waiting areas and no vending machine. We were there for a good 3.5 hours so it would have been nice if there was a vending machine. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

Friendly, very helpful. I did not plan to buy the car, I was still shopping around, thinking to trade my 5 years old SUV. Guess what - I left the place with a brand new ( not preowned) car even better priced.
