Bought a used Ford F-150 and Ford Explorer from Johnny @ Fairly Reliable Bob's and couldn’t be happier! Both vehicles were in great shape and had fair prices. The whole team, especially Johnny, provided outstanding service, worked hard to get us a great deal, and never once pressured us or was dishonest. I never once felt I was being taken advantage of like in other car buying experiences. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fairly Reliable Bob's and Johnny.

Absolutely amazing car buying experience! These guys are not your typical “car salesmen” and really care about the customer, make the whole process a breeze (especially with our three kids running around) and take pride in their customer service. I don’t think I’ll buy a car from anywhere else!

I worked with Jeremiah Strobeck to purchase my new to me Mustang. I reached out via telephone and had all my questions regarding the car answered quickly. With my busy work schedule, Jeremiah and I worked the car deal through text. I set my budget and Jeremiah was able to negotiate with his supervisor to meet my numbers. I flew out to Boise and stayed in a motel near the airport. The next morning Jeremiah picked me up from the hotel, we stopped by dealership to drop off my down payment and he delivered the car on tribal land which was over a two-hour drive away. Jeremiah made this car purchase seamless and easy. It is also worth noting, Jeremiah facilitated my car purchase/ delivery all on his regular day off and during non-business hours. The overall customer service at Fairly Reliable Bob's was excellent.

I had a car in mind when I arrived at Fairly Reliable Bob's. Johnny was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and professional. I test your car I had in mind and it was quite nice. I came back the next day with more specific questions and concerns about my price range and Johnny was able to provide me with alternative options and I drove home with something I felt more comfortable with financially. Anytime you are in the market for a new car, you have to navigate dealerships, salesman, and the stresses of getting a good or bad deal. Johnny did not apply pressure. He seemed like a person of good character. I would shop again with Johnny for sure. When you buy a vehicle at Fairly Reliable Bob's, you are buying into their family, which totally sounds cheesy. You can buy a used car anywhere, but FRB's takes care of you. If anything happens, I can bring it back and they will give me a loaner for the life of the vehicle. I plan to do all my servicings with FRB's. Shop with confidence. I will be back for future needs.
