Car Purchase

My experience far exceeded my expectations. Johnny was fantastic. He helped me through the process of buying a car out of town. He organized the entire process from start to end and he kept me informed. Amy and Rich in the loan department were helpful in explaining the loan process. The delivery of the car was swift and efficient. I couldn’t be happier. Even though I am 2000 miles away I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. The car was everything I expected. Thanks for making this a great experience

Mark Surles is a true professional.

Mark Surles is a true professional. Very courteous and down to earth. Showed me a truck I thought might work. Has kept in touch since. Great experience.

Inventory

Noticed the same thing as Won'tbuyfromBob noted earlier, no pricing on their web site. And I couldn't check ou their inventory either. It would keep bouncing back to a sales rep named Jennifer. She asked for my name, so I shared my first name only. But then she asked for my last Name! And phone number too. I was just curious to see their inventory, I'm not sure I'm even the market right now.

Great service from start to finish. I would recommend Tim...

Great service from start to finish. I would recommend Tim Heffner and his crew to my family and friends. I had to travel to purchase my Corvette. I did my purchase over phone calls, texts and emails. Tim described the car to me and sent pictures. When I got there I didn't even have to drive the car before I signed the papers. Because looking at the car I can see the car was better than what Tim described. He did not mislead me or tell things that were not true to get the sale. Thank you Tim and Rich Petersen for everything.

What's the price of the car Bob?

They advertise their vehicles without pricing. Their website doesn't have pricing. When you chat with them on their website they won't give you pricing unless you provide your contact info for them to spam you. You suck Bob.

Once people see our cars in person, they recognize the quality. When you sell excellent cars you have happy customers who don’t have problems with their vehicle. When they are happy, they come back for their next vehicle. 75% of our sales are from repeat and referral customers. This loyalty is why we have been in business for 46 years and have an A plus rating with the BBB. We understand your desire to find the lowest price on the internet. Totally reliable, Reliable Bob's

Mark Surles and the crew bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Mark even picked me up at the airport the day of the deal. When I got to the car I was blown away by how clean and very nearly perfect it was. The paperwork processes was quick and easy. Once it was time to register the car here in CA the counter person needed verification of the signature on the ID title. Al I had to do was text Mark and it was all good. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Fairly Reliable Bob's. Its no surprise that they have been at it for 45 years.

Very Impressed!

When’s the last time you’ve had a great experience getting a used car? We sure did! What a pleasant surprise! Simply outstanding! Friendly, accommodating, and fair! This is the second car I have purchased and financed through them. I have never had a better experience, as well an honest and more personal experience in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. The fact that they are honest about every aspect of the vehicle and in helping us find and finance one is the reason I come from Dallas to Idaho. I would suggest them to any and everyone who is interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I really wished I could afford the corvettes they have.

Outstanding

Even though I didn't get my vette at fairly's the salesman I dealt with.. kolby, is the guy you need to talk to.. he's knowledgeable, and went out of his way to try and make it happen. If you're looking for a vette, or any other vehicle on their lot... talk to kolby.. even though he may be young... he's the man..
