Purchase Review My experience involving the purchase of a $3,000 blue pickup associated with Fairly Reliable Bob's has been extremely disappointing. I am disabled and live on a fixed disability income. The dealership knew I was selling my Toyota pickup because of my circumstances and that I was taking medication that affected my ability to thoroughly evaluate and test-drive another vehicle. Because of that, I trusted that I was being treated honestly and fairly. After purchasing the truck, I discovered numerous problems that I believe should have been disclosed. I found what appears to be a large amount of animal hair stuffed throughout the dashboard area. The radiator contained muddy-looking coolant, the truck appears to have a coolant leak because it is constantly losing water, and I no longer feel the vehicle is safe to drive. The most frightening experience occurred while driving on the freeway. When I applied the brakes, the truck became unstable and nearly caused me to lose control. After that incident, I no longer felt safe driving it. I have since learned that the cost of repairing the truck just to make it safe to drive is likely to exceed the $3,000 I paid for it. As someone living on disability, that is a financial burden I simply cannot afford. I trusted the people involved because I believed they understood my situation and would treat me fairly. Instead, I was left feeling that the condition of this truck was not accurately represented to me. I am now without dependable transportation and in a far worse financial position than before. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here, and I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to have any vehicle independently inspected before buying

the auto dealer never got back to me with miles or asking price by phone or email or text.

Bought a used Ford F-150 and Ford Explorer from Johnny @ Fairly Reliable Bob's and couldn’t be happier! Both vehicles were in great shape and had fair prices. The whole team, especially Johnny, provided outstanding service, worked hard to get us a great deal, and never once pressured us or was dishonest.
