It was a quick check in process. Friendly greeting. I waited in the showroom which was a comfortable setting. The service was completed in the time it was promised. Wasn’t pressured to have any additional service performed. Everything was explained at the end.

There was not pressure. Since I am a female and even though my husband was with me, salesman spoke to me as I was the one purchasing my vehicle. Waiting around for the finance person took a little too much time though.
