I have had my Acura TL serviced at Joe Rizza Acura many times over the past 15 years or so. I have always found their service personnel to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They also try to accommodate for any unforeseen urgent needs. I have not experienced any delays in providing the service. They provide clear explanation of the work needed and done. Overall, I rate their service department as very good.

Quick, efficient, and Chris was extremely nice and helpful. Only issue was my system was not working properly afterwards and Denise helped for an hour getting it to work because service was gone. Also, I think I had a black steering wheel with white stitching. When I got a heated one, the stitching was red. The seats and rest of the car have white stitching. Not the biggest deal, but those little details can bug me sometimes.
