This was my second trip to the dealership for an issue...
This was my second trip to the dealership for an issue with my Acura where lights were dinging at me which was very irritating Matt was very customer service friendly he did everything they could to figure out what was wrong with the car and even though my warranty did not cover the repairs that needed to be done he made it happen for me where it was affordable; and best of all I would not have to come back so soon by replacing one of the spark plugs instead of 06

This dealership didn't treat me like a valued customer....
This dealership didn't treat me like a valued customer. Brought my car to rizza twice and they obviously didnt Diagnose my car problem. Im still with my car making noises and was told something is infact wrong and i still have to wait to travel since my car isn't ready and Rizza didn't offer a loaner. Bad service and even Worse Diagnistic testing wasnt even performed the first time. Very unhappy with both visits.
