Disappointed with Recent Service Experience Check-in

Disappointed with Recent Service Experience Check-in was quick, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t have the notes I had included with my appointment. There was also a lack of clarity about how long the service would take. I was informed that the service would take a few extra hours due to a recall, but my vehicle was dropped off at 7:45 AM and not returned until 4:30 PM. I was told this delay was because only a few technicians were qualified to perform the recall review. Communication throughout the day was poor. Follow-up was minimal, responses were delayed, and the information I did receive was unclear. Upon receiving my vehicle, there was no documentation of what services had been completed or any status updates on wear-and-tear items. The delivery itself was very informal—the person who returned the car simply left it running at the console, didn’t close the vehicle, and failed to remove the protective covers from the seats and floor mats. Additionally, the car was not washed or cleaned, which I’ve come to expect from previous visits. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the level of service provided this time. I hope these issues are addressed to improve future experiences.

Daniel was amazing the got us in and out the whole

Daniel was amazing the got us in and out the whole process was simple and efficient I know nobody wants to stay at the dealership for hours about 45 minutes total I was out as long as you got your finances together the whole process went smoothly great job Group 1 GMC I would recommend anybody who wants to buy a vehicle to come here new or used

So the one and only issue I had with this dealer is the

So the one and only issue I had with this dealer is the shadiness of the pricing. I?m quoted one price on a service but when go pay it?s something else and I?ve got all these ?shop? charges added as well. The explanation I get is that shop charges are things that the tech didn?t anticipate. I got an oil change and tires rotated. What unanticipated things are there on an oil change and tire rotation? Difference was about $30 but I had to get to work and didn?t have time to argue about it. Just very shady.
