VERY POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPAIR MY
VERY POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPAIR MY TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. BUT NO BODY CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE DELAY. i CALLED TWICE AND MARISSA NEVER RETUNED MY CALLS. I HAD TO GO (05/18/25) AND FIND OUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY, MARRISA WAS NOT THERE SO I SPOKE TO ANOTHER SERVICE ADAVISOR AND A SERVICE MANAGER. AGAIN, MARISSA NEVER CALLED ME, ON THE 20TH I CALLED AND FINALLY I SPOKE TO MARISSA AND HAS PER HER STAMENT MY TRUCK WAS NOT READY BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO MOLD THE KEY SO THAT I WOULD BE ABE TO OPEN DOOR ETC, ETC, WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE HE HAD TO MUCH WORK. I WAS VERY UPSET I TOLD MARISSA THAT SHE BETTER DO SOMETHING OTHERWISE I WILL BE CALLING NOT ONLY GMC MANAGEMENT BUT I WILL BE CALLING GMC NATIONAL.
