This was the my easiest purchase ever for a car! John was great and answered all my questions . I was there less than three hours on a Saturday. Loving my new CX-5 signature and John made the whole process painless. If you’re looking for a new Mazda go see John!

I had a great experience there. The location is being remodeled yet they still went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. It's going to look fantastic when it's complete. Kevin in sales took so much time going over things with me. My new car was clean and ready for me when I arrived to complete paperwork. Joe the General Manager and Rick the Sales Manager both came by to introduce themselves and ask if I needed anything. Even the completing the Finance paperwork was painless. I was late discovering Mazda as a great brand but I am glad I wound up in West Chester with Piazza.

Turning a car lease vehicle back to the dealer

I must give thanks to Sheila, the lady who answers the phone and many thanks to Andy Macedo for handling this lease return with Chase bank. You see, my husband died in January and the lease was in his name. Chase bank jerked me around for a week and a half, had me in tears, before telling me my only choice was to buy out the vehicle lease or return it to a Mazda dealer. Sheila and Andy listened to my dilemma. Andy said come on down and I will take care of this for you. And he did. I told him all the things Chase told me I had to do and he said “you don’t have to do a thing, I will take care of this for you.” And he did! I didn’t have to do a thing and he was so nice and kind, and professional. Andy, Thank you so much for handling this for me. I just wanted to let this Mazda dealership know what amazing and kind employee’s they have in Andy and Sheila.

Clown Show

Waste of time if you know what your doing. Sleazy sales tactics, almost laughable. CPO car we were looking to purchase was dirty and were told they usually don’t clean them unless they’re going to sell them.. really? Complete waste of my time.

Purchased a vehicle from Piazza Mazda and a selling point...

Purchased a vehicle from Piazza Mazda and a selling point was the used car I bought had "lifetime brakes", which they had just installed after purchasing the car back. A few years later I needed new brakes and tried to use the warranty for these brakes. Despite having all the paperwork, they told me the warranty only applied to the owner who purchased the brakes, even though it was the dealership and they had lied to me. Will never buy from them again

Customer focus ?

I purchased a Pre-owned Certified Mazda CX-5 in end of December. A few days after I discovered that one document (an extra warranty) had not been correctly filled in by the sales representative. I reached out to Customer Care and got an immediate response that my question(s) had been addressed to ‘management’. Since then I have heard nothing despite several reminders. After three weeks of silence it seems to me that the statement “Where Taking Care of Our Customers is the Top Priority” has proven to have a sharp decline once the payment for the car had been processed. Disappointing and far below my expectations.

Poor customer service drives consumers away. Retrain Colleen. She's your voice. She's arrogant, unhelpful, rude, and ill-informed. Or let her go, sadly.

Rude poor customer service

My wife and I came to purchase a car for her today that she really loved but unfortunately the experience was ruined during the initial negotiation. The salesman presented a number not to far off of where we had ours. After a brief explanation of why the number was just not where we needed we presented our first number thinking that we could meet in the middle where both sides are paying a very fair price based on the value of the market. Bluebook, edmunds, truecar etc. However that is not what happened at all. Instead the sales manager Rick Rowe came over with a condescending attitude and told us we should just leave. We politely left and have taken our business elsewhere. It was very strange considering we were less then $500 a part. It would have been more appropriate if they presented their first offer as best/final. Also politely letting the customer know that an agreement could not be reached today. Clearly the sales manager Rick Rowe had a very poor attitude prior to dealing with us. That is ok and we have taken our business else where. Future shoppers should be aware of the condescending attitude from management before entering. Many surrounding dealerships with equally well made cars that have outstanding customer service.
