Very unprofessional

It was my first experience with the dealarship, I called the service dept. I spoke to 3 persons , each one ask me of how they can help me, then they put me on hold , and the story goes on thae same , total waiting on the phone was about 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes, also really they id not sound friendly , got scared of trusting them with my car .will never buy a car there , go there or recommend them .

Picked up our 2nd car Sat., AA++, great dealer !

New car pickup went smoothly and professionally. Really nice people. Our salesman, Kevin Chan made everything easy, went over all features and answered all questions. If you are looking at a Mazda, look here, you will be very satisfied and happy that you did. Al

Poor quality

In 2012 I started financing a 2008 Nissan Versa from this dealership and right from the start within the first 2-3 months had to purchase new tires from my own expense due to the fact they were all dry rotted. The dealership said since they were a wear and tear item they would not cover the expenses. Since then I have had to get exhaust repairs 3 times out of my own pocket and have put less than 100,000 miles on the vehicle. I trusted that I was going to get a high quality vehicle due to the reputation and had planned on making all of my vehicle purchases from this dealership but due to the fact that I have had so many problems I will never shop here again.

Our Sales Person, Mel--you won't be disappointed

When we walked into Piazza Mazda of W.C., we were greeted by Mel, who talked with us about what we might want and gave us a preview of a vehicle he thought would fit our needs, a CX-3. We told him we were just looking and were not going to purchase a car that day, but we felt he still gave us the service as though we were going to drive off with the car. There was no pushiness or bringing out the manager to convince us to buy that day. We returned to drive the CX-3 a second time and decided to purchase it. Mel was professional, congenial, friendly, and always thoughtful of our needs. In fact, when it came time to pick up our CX-3, he offered to pick us up and drive out with him. I highly recommend Mel--he is one of the best we've worked with when purchasing a car.

Very Positive Experience

My brother and I worked with Reggie Brown to buy a Hyundai Elantra I viewed on the website. At first, I was nervous about going to a dealership, as I know little about cars. I was impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating Reggie was. It was refreshing to work with a team who treats you like family and does not pressure you to buy anything. I am happy that I was able to work with Piazza Mazda and walk away with my first car. The visit was stress free, the service was great, and I would recommend my family and friends to visit this location if they need a new or used car! I appreciate all of your help, Reggie. Thank you!

Stressfree Purchase

After many dealerships and exploring many different cars, Piazza Mazda and Bruce B made my experience as stress free as it comes! Bruce was not only knowledgeable about the Mazda products, he took the time to learn about the client and what I needed in a new vehicle. He listened! Can you imagine!!!!!! Purchased a CX-5 and left the dealership, the way I walked in.....Confident that this was the dealership and car for me! Thank you Bruce and Piazza Mazda of West Chester!

Very good

I worked with Reggie Brown to buy my Mazda CX-5. Reggie is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to explain all the gadgets so even I can understand them! The car is the nicest one I have personally owned. I love the way it drives and I love the luxury and the look of it. Jerry in the Finance department was good to deal with, he let us ask all the questions that we needed to and didn't try to rush us out. The experience overall was an extremely good one and I would send anyone who is looking for a Mazda to them.

Piazza of West Chester is highly recommended!

Excellent service by all...my salesperson, John Pinkerton was very knowledgeable re all aspects of how to treat a potential buyer. He was polite,listened to my needs and concerns, was funny and non intimidating! Thank you John. He also followed through by promptly returning my calls and we made a wonderful deal...

excellent buying experience

We worked with John Pinkerton, internet sales, and came to agreement on a deal over the phone on a 2016 certified pre-owned Mazda Miata Club. We did the credit app over the phone along with agreement on terms for the purchase. Additionally, he worked with his manager to get us an additional savings on the price of the car. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted professionally by the staff and John and were in and out of the dealership with the car, all paperwork completed, in 1 1/2 hours. John is professional and the dealership is top notch. I would recommend others to go to this dealership before making any decision on a new or used vehicle. You are going to save money!
