I bought a “certified pre-owned” 2012 Mazda3 from this dealership. They told me that it had all its’ service records and was accident free. After the purchase, I had some issues with the tabs holding up the fender coming loose (and in turn ruining my front tires). I took it to my regular mechanic, and he asked me if I had been told that my car had been in a major accident. I told him the dealership specifically had stated it had a clean record. He assured me that was not the case and he could tell that multiple pieces of the car had been replaced. He said that it had been in more than one accident and one of them was rather major just by performing a 30 point inspection on it. I have never been more disappointed by a lack of diligence in my entire life. This dealership clearly does not care about disclosing possible flaws if it means they can make a buck. Now my car is worth far less than what I paid for it and I will never be able to recoup the costs.

Disappointed

I worked with Mike Whitney and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout my time at Piazza. He was very friendly and took the time to understand what my needs/wants were in a new vehicle. Piazza also offered a fair trade-in deal, and a great offer on my new cx3 overall. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Mike and the entire Piazza team.

Great experience!
Mel was excellent and a professional. Numbers were set via Costco. Discounts passed onto the customer. The experience was enjoyable, no pressure. I highly recommend both Piazza (Mel) and the CX-5. Nice handling, enough horse power, comfortable seating, and quiet roomy cabin.

Poor customer service
Upon inquiring online regarding a used 2015 NX F Sport, I had a less than optimal interaction with Melcom Avrigian. I expressed to Melcom that I would be willing to travel interstate (almost two hours) for a specific vehicle, stating my desired budget of $30,000; and further indicating that this would be a cash purchase. Despite the fact that I was providing the information that was requested by Melcom in order to speak to the used car manager, I was met with a blunt and dismissive response, "good luck in your search.." before even being able to make an appointment to see the vehicle. It would be expected that an internet sales person would work to retain a potential sale met with flexibility and courtesy. However this was by no means the service I received. If not by pursuing potential sales opportunities, I don't see how you would retain business...

Very Good Experience
This was my first experience at a Mazda dealership. The Piazza auto group has a good reputation and I have had good experiences with Piazza Honda. I was very pleased with my purchase at Piazza Mazda. The salesperson and manager were helpful and straightforward. I was offered fair pricing on my trade in and new car. My encounter with the business manager was pleasant and efficient. I gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

Didn't even have to show up and they were difficult
I requested information through the website for a CX-9, and Mr Glakas made it difficult from step one. I received a higher eastimate for the vehicle than any other dealer in the area, and they refused to give me an honest number for the vehicle unless I gave them a quote from another dealer just to lowball them. And the only way I was able to get that kind of quote was if I came to the dealership with the quote, waste my time, and then get stiff-armed into buying a vehicle. I sent the quote that I received from another dealership, and I haven't received anything back yet. Not only am I not buying my vehicle from Piazza, I will make sure to reach out to Mazda to let them know how absurdly difficult it is to get any cooperation from this dealership without jumping through their hoops first. I live an hour away, and I told them I wasn't about to drive that far if they couldn't guarantee me the number.

I bought a '14 Mazda6 elsewhere and needed a few things buttoned up. Took it to Piazza WC. Not only did they jump right on it, with no appt scheduled, they had me out of there within half an hour, for a whopping total of $12.84, no fuss, no muss! Thank you very, very much! Ron Beebe

Great experience
Although I didn’t end up buying the car I wanted due to my budget, Dave Huss was more than a pleasure to work with. He really tried to help us out, even going as far as to reteach me how to handle a manual transmission! Absolutely went above and beyond for us and made our experience that much better. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. Just disappointed the dealership wouldn’t meet our price point.
