Run don't walk

I was preapproved and they wouldn't sell me the cat since I was not financing thru them. I was out of state and they had to send the forms to me,which was fine with one sales man but ,it the other. To much work! Well then don't advertise the car on all the car sites. Calling Bibb.

Run don't walk

Will only sell you a car if they can finance and not have to work for it. Don't advertise on car websites if you won't allow pre approved people to buy.

Not organized, Performed incorrect service

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and recall online on a Sunday. Monday got into a minor accident, took my mirror off. Called the dealership to have them add the mirror. Tried to figure out how they would handle the insurance and not a single person knew. Could immediately tell it was disorganized. Tuesday talked to my insurance and realized it would be easier for me to take it to an allstate certified shop. Called and cancelled the service. Sat at the dealer for 2 hours before they came out. Told me they put the mirror on because they didn't check the service ticket and noticed my car needed a mirror. Told them this was incorrect, just immediately went back and said they were going to take it off. Totaling 2 and a half hours of my time for an oil change and a software recall. No wonder dealerships get such bad a bad rap. They did nothing to rectify the mistake. Just checked my car out after I got home and there is chipping int the paint on the roof that absolutely was not there earlier.

Worse Mazda Service Ever

This is the worse dealership I have ever delt with. I was charged over $200 to have keys reprogrammed because the programming messed up Had to wait 2 hours while they figured out how to program the keys. This should have been done as a courtesy. I have tried for 2 weeks to speqk to someone on the phone regarding my center screen acting up. Service always too busy to answer the phone. I received letters from Mazda stating that the dealer will repair this as an extended warranty. Unable to speak to anybody regarding setting up an appointment to have the screen replaced. I have an extended warranty that is good for 6 years and 100,000 miles. Got it when I purchased the car new in Texas. Piazza doesn't like to honor it because they didn't sell it to me and it isn't with the company they sell extended warranties with. Also, every time I have gone in for an oil change, the reps try to chisel more money out of me for frivolous items. Unfortunately, Piazza is the only Mazda Dealer in the area. No wonder their service is so bad, no competition. Do not use these people. Drive to another town for Mazda service.

This was my first new car purchase and I am very happy with my decision to go with Piazza. John helped me narrow down the perfect CX-5.

Worst car salesman experience ever!!!

My daughter and I were shopping for her first car and she really wanted to test drive a Mazda 3 as her first choice vehicle. We went to Piazza since it was the closest to our house even though the ratings were so poor and we’ve had less than pleasant experiences in the past. The salesperson showed us a car on the lot but we didn’t like the interior so he told us we could not do the test drive if we were not planning to buy that specific car. He was only interested in his own commission not selling us a Mazda. Ridiculous!! They lost our business forever! We went down the road, test drove a Volkswagen and are planning to buy it. Your loss Mazda.

Consistent Excellence

I purchased a new 2016 Mazda 6 over three years ago at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. It was THE BEST sales experience I ever had when shopping for a new car. John Pinkerton was professional, patient (I am an informed consumer that asks a fair amount of questions), knowledgeable, and most importantly....NO PRESSURE. I was able to use AAA pricing. My husband recommended Piazza because of the wonderful experiences he had with the service department. This is the second reason that I will be going back to Piazza in a few months to buy a 2019 Mazda CX-5. The staff at the front desk in the Service Department could not be more helpful. They are friendly, informative, and have gone out of their way to provide top notch service (too many examples to list here). Additionally, Mazda's service charges are light years less expensive than Toyota, Honda, etc. When I bring my vehicle in for servicing, I am in the waiting room often with people who live 20 - 50 miles away. They drive out of their way to come to this dealership because of the quality of service provided. If you are in the market for a Mazda, go to Piazza Mazda of West Chester. I am in no way affiliated with them, but would gladly do a commercial for them if ever asked!!

Just bought our third Mazda from this dealership

We just bought our third Mazda from this dealership—the second time working with Phil Saraceni. He is very helpful. Phil spent the time to find out what car would suit our needs and let us know that we didn’t need to go for the highest trim package to get what we needed. Many other salespeople would have happily steered us to the highest priced car. The service department is also awesome. They have never ever recommend unnecessary service. They honestly let us know what is needed and what can wait.

Transparent service!

From first click on the vehicle of interest to driving away from the dealership! I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was among the best experiences I have encountered. I spoke with John after he received my inquiry on line. He called and told me I was approved and already had numbers presented before me and was willing to pay off my trade sight unseen, since that is unheard of in today’s market. We scheduled a day to come out and pick up the new vehicle. I then received a call from Christine the Finance manager, informing me she would like to work on getting better rates on my loan. Again, what dealer would do that! She was wonderful and kept me updated via text messages and worked with me to provide excellent payment friendly packages to insure my new vehicle will be covered for years to come. Christine was transport, customer focused and willing to do anything in her power to make sure I was getting the best options possible! But Christine and John get 25 stars if I were able to give them. Excellent customer service and it is good to know that there are still dealers out there that are willing to help vs only looking to make a quick buck. Thanks again John and Christine for all your help. Ok see you when I’m ready for my next Mazda!
