Positive first-time buying experience

I just purchased a Mazda3 from Piazza Mazda. It was my first time buying from a dealer, but the salesman who worked with me, Melcom, was very patient and explained the process step by step while answering all of my questions. He was very acommodating to my schedule and went above and beyond to provide good service. Overall he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership itself also seems to be a lot nicer than others nearby. I would do business with them again!

Best Sales Rep Around!! Malcom Avigian

We have purchased two cars since January and Melcom has helped us both times. Each time we had no idea what we wanted but he listened to us and guided us to the right cars for us! He has a great smile and makes the process as smooth as possible!

Outstanding customer service

We have recently leased a Mazda 3 iSport with the Premium package from Piazza Mazda for my husband. We wanted to replace our 2009 Honda Fit which we loved but wanted something updated and peppier. I researched all the compact cars that came in a hatchback and settled on the Mazda 3 so we knew exactly what we wanted. Requested an online quote from a couple of dealers in the area including my local dealer where I bought 2 of my Hyundais in the past. Piazza gave the best quote right off the bet and I was communicating with Chris Angelone in Internet sales.I also read the reviews of the dealership and it certainly convinced me to give them a shot. A week later we finally had time to stop by the dealership and actually check out the vehicle. Throughout the process Chris and everyone else were very professional and didn't feel any pressure make a quick commitment or buy anything we didn't want. They also offered to purchase our Honda which were looking to sell instead of trade it in because of the lease. We got the vehicle appraised a couple of places but we felt those offers were definitely low ball offers. When we finalized the lease and brought in the Honda, Piazza offered a very fair price, way above anything the other places were willing to give us so we were very happy. Lee the finance manager was also very nice to work with, he was always straight forward and even advised against putting more money down for the lease. Finally, when we picked up our Mazda, we left one of the keys that comes with the vehicle. I called and talked to our salesman Chris and he immediately offered to personally drop the keys off at our residence, even though we live about 35 minutes from the dealership! What customer service! I would highly recommend Piazza Mazda and Chris Angelone if you are in the market for a Mazda vehicle and we will certainly keep them in mind for our next vehicle purchase or lease. Overall excellent sales experience!

Good Experience

Melcom was helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything go smoothly. I would certainly recommend him to someone in the market for a new or used car.

Stress free

Met with salesman John Pinkerton, who made the experience of buying my car stress free. He talked to me instead of at me which happens at many dealerships and had a good sense of humor. He was actually able to get me a deal which was in my price range, and never pressured me about anything. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the car that I bought, (CX-3).

Easier than I thought!

I did all my research on new crossovers, went to the Car Show and visited your Dealership twice before making my decision on which manufacturer to settle on. I bought my Mazda CX-5 today at your dealership and was so impressed with the service and advice offered by your salesman Dave Huss. I've been driving for 60 years, make regular trips to Ohio and Virginia and need a reliable set of wheels for those long trips. Dave was patient, very knowledgeable and took the time I needed to have all my questions answered - even going over some things several times to make sure I understood. If you're looking for a new car and want friendly and knowledgeable service, this is the dealership and the salesman for you.
