Love my new car!
Despite the great reviews for the CX-3, I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new car. I really appreciated the time that Hamid spent with me, patiently answering all of my questions. He did a great job explaining the various features available in the car. He worked with his manager to get me a super price on the car - all so important to the budget! It's only been two days and I love my car! Thanks!

Great experience
I went in not knowing what I was looking for. I knew I wanted something used but didn't know a lot about Mazda. Reggie and Pat were such a great help to me. They really listened to what I needed and found a great Mazda 3 with low mileage and great gas mileage. I love driving it!! They were so helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Best car buying experience. Highly recommend going to see them and working with Reggie and Pat for your next vehicle.

so happy with my CX-5!
I recently leased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and so far I absolutely love it!! It really is an amazing car and I couldn't be happier. Phillip Saraceni was the employee I worked with during this process and he was WONDERFUL. He helped me pick out the car that fit all of my needs, explained all of the paperwork, and showed me all of the different features of the car before leaving the dealership. He was extremely helpful and made this experience a positive one for sure. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car and suggest that you request to work with Phillip. Great buying experience!
I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and buying experience I recently had Piazza Mazda of WC. I worked with Melcom Avrigian, he was excellent. He was very nice, knowledgeable and took his time going over several different cars with me. I ended up with a beautiful 2016 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. While the dealership has a huge variety of cars, it did not have the color that I wanted but was able to find one for me and had it available the next day. Even the buying process was easy, they were in no way pushy and the GM even threw in some freebies. If you are looking for a great dealership, look no further. Mazda 5
The Mazda 5 is a car that I had identified a few years back as being the car that would fit my growing family's needs and replace my Honda civic. I began my search and in doing so became increasingly annoyed with other dealerships. I finally ran across Piazza, and what a difference! The people I worked with at Piazza went above and beyond for us. Professional and friendly! It was a pleasure to buy my car there and highly recommend that it be the first place you visit. I traveled 3 hours to get to Piazza from my home and it was well worth the day of travel!

Excellent service for a reasonable price
Making an appointment was very easy. They will fit your schedule . I went in for a synthetic oil change and was out in less than 40 minutes. The cost was less than another dealer's price with a coupon. The service guys are friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I am looking forward to bringing my car back here.

Hassle-free and Friendly
Piazza Mazda was the only dealership remotely near us with the model and color I wanted. As soon as I started communicating with Melcom, I knew I was going to buy my new car from here. The entire process was hassle-free and easy, and the entire staff were incredibly helpful. Melcom was able to explain everything to me in a way I understood it, and didn't push me into any decisions that I was unsure of. Great guy, great dealership, and great car!

Service Fepartment
We took our car for a recall on the air bag. Our appointment was for 10 AM they said it would take a half hour in less time they call us to the deck to let us know we had 2 light bulbs out. They replaced them and we where out at 10:40.

Piazza Mazda Service Dept
To date I have purchased two vehicles from Piazza Mazda of West Chester, a Miata and a Mazda 3. When I need service I always take the vehicle to their service department. The main reason is their Service Manager, Paul Curtis. Paul is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and treats me with respect. He always takes the time to completely explain the work and the cost and to answer any questions. Unlike other service managers at most dealerships he does not push needed or unneeded repairs or services. Paul is the main reason I have my vehicles serviced at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. Always ask for Paul. To date all of the work I have had done on both my vehicles has not required me to bring any vehicle back because of faulty workmanship or bad parts. I would highly recommended Paul Curtis and his service department.
