Prompt service and friendly staff.
Brought my CX-5 in for its first oil change. I was greeted cordially by Paul who explained exactly what the technician, Taylor, was going to do to my car. He also informed me that the first oil change is free of charge. I would definitely recommend using the Piazza Mazda dealership.

Phenomenal
Piazza Mazda has outdone themselves again! My wife and I just recently completed our sixth Mazda purchase! This dealership is simply amazing. Their sales and service staff is top notch! I have dealt with Bob Daily and Pat Oliveto several times and could not be happier. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have truly found a family/customer for an extremely long time! Their eagerness and willingness to find cars that work for my family is something that you just don’t find now a days. Go see David Huss at Piazza Mazda!!! You won't regret it! Let me start by saying that I live in North Jersey with a ton of Mazda dealerships as close as 5 minutes from my home. The lease on my Mazda 3 was nearly up so I started looking for a new car, I decided to upgrade to the Mazda 6 Touring since the Mazda 3 was a bit too small for the size of my family. I did my research, like I always do, and figured out the model and features that I wanted in a price point that I was comfortable with. I went to my local dealership to check the car out and take it for a test drive, after the drive I was convinced that I wanted this car, so I sat down with a salesperson and talked price, he gave me a lease quote, which met my criteria (only 1st month due at signing, making the last 2 payments on my current lease, and waiving the disposition fee to return the car). The price wasn't that bad, but I wasn't ready to sign without talking to my wife because the payment was higher than what I was currently paying. Like any good consumer, I shopped around at other dealerships in the area with the exact criteria and nobody could come close. My wife contacted my brother in law, who works for a car dealership in West Chester, PA to see if he could look over the deal and determine if it was a good price. He made a call to Piazza Mazda, which happens to be located across the street from where he works, to see if they could run the numbers, which they did, and came back with a great price that I couldn't turn down. We contacted the salesperson, David Huss, and worked out all the details, such as color, options, etc., over the phone and via email and less than 24 hours later, a deal was in place. The next day, my wife and I piled our 3 kids into the car and made the 130 mile 2.5 hour trip out to West Chester to pick the car up, making a brief stop at my brother in law's house to let the kids play with their cousins. Upon entering the dealership, we were a bit early and our salesperson David told us he had to finish up a couple of things so we all went to the waiting room in the service area, which happened to be kid friendly, since I have twin 3 year olds and a 6 year old, who can be overwhelming in an open space like a showroom floor. I can't begin to explain how great the staff treated us, everyone that we encountered was extremely welcoming, friendly, and most of all patient. David did the entire deal in the waiting room, he came to us with any questions, brought every piece of paperwork that we had to sign to us, no sitting at a Finance desk trying to contain 3 bored young children, who understandably can't sit still for 5 minutes, nevermind the time it takes to write up a car deal. I have purchased 7 other new cars in my lifetime and I have never been treated like we were treated at Piazza Mazda. We weren't treated as a number, we were treated like family from the time we walked in, until I put the new car in drive to head home. David was extremely friendly, personable, and accommodating, a model of what every car sales person should be, even as we were getting ready to pull away, he took the time to recommend a local, kid friendly restaurant where we could grab a bite to eat before the long trek home. Even the General Manager, Pat Oliveto came up to me multiple times to personally thank me for driving all the way out to West Chester to make my purchase. With all of my other vehicle purchases, I've never even seen the GM, nevermind have him personally thank us and seem genuinely thankful that we chose his dealership. That is something that goes a long way in my book, you can see how that attitude filters down into his staff, becoming a culture of great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to make the 130 mi. journey again when my lease is up, the experience was well worth it! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

So unprofessional and rude, literally the WORST dealer that i ever see and when you complain about the poor service to the manager you will hear the perfect answer from him OK!!!

Superior Service
Piazza Mazda is the definition of professional service. They truly wanted my business and kept their world even after the purchase was complete. Their were issues with the car at purchase and they spent the time needed correct the issues to my expectations. John Pinkerton was very responsive and addressed my concerns appropriately, even after the sell.

Worth checking out!
I generally don't go to the dealer for routine servicing, but I needed a part for my window so I had my routine service done while I was there. These guys really do take care of your car and they don't pressure you for services you don't need or "really should get done". I've been going back every time since the first time I was there. They are competitively priced and often offer coupons or deals. I've owned two Mazda's so far and I know my next care will be a Mazda from these guys.

Very Positive Experience!!
Recently purchased a certified per-owned CX-9 and had a GREAT experience! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. John P was professional and patiently answered all my questions, never felt pressured during the entire process. Service staff was courteous and helpful as well-had to return for a nail in my tire 6 weeks after purchase and was very pleased with the service provided It was a pleasure to do business with Piazza!

Best shopping experience ever!!!
I went into the dealership expecting to test drive a GMC Acadia with 55k miles on it. My wonderful Sales Associate Hamid Rehman convinced me to test drive a CX-9. I fell in love. Hamid was very knowledgable of the warranties, the vehicles equipment, and was very personable. It was like speaking to an old friend. When I thought I was going to walk away with the car I fell in love with an error was made causing me to leave empty handed. Just when I was about to loose hope of finding another CX-9 with all the same features the wonder General Manager Pat Oliveto addressed my concerns every step of the way. I emailed him telling how disappointed I was that I did not get the vehicle and he took time to find a deal and a vehicle that was "Just for Me". He did a wonderful job of responding to emails (late night, and early mornings), he kept me informed of what was going on, and he made sure I got into the vehicle of my dreams! Everyone at this dealership is very professional and very easy to talk to. When I came in the second time to pick up the vehicle Pat found for me it was like visiting old friends. Everything went great from the moment I walked in and saw my new vehicle down to signing the papers with the wonder Finance Manager and being explained all the warranties I just purchased. The wonderful man in the detail shop is hilarious (sorry his name eludes me right now) and was very nice to me! This dealership has just earned a customer for life. I will return to make sure my vehicle gets all it's maintenance done. What could have been a bad experience went completely right and better than I could have ever hoped!
