West Broad Honda

Hey, I don’t have 25 words handy. I wrote, “ Knowledgeable friendly people. I like waiting inside, too.”. BUT, you need more for me to submit this rave review. You are hurting yourself here.

Marcus Freeman has helped me with the purchase of my last two Honda's. He made the process easy and answered all questions satisfactorily...always great to work with. The same goes for Finance Director Tim Cartwright. Very happy with West Broad Honda and loving my new Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L.

I recently took my 2011 Honda CRV to West Broad Honda for my Virginia State Inspection. Waylon Lloyd did an excellent job of keeping me informed as I waited for the inspection to be completed. He is a fine representative of your firm.

I have a 2005 Honda Pilot that has bee maintained by West Broad Honda. Service personnel are always clean, courteous, helpful, efficient and I am grateful that they have kept my car on the road for 140,000 miles. I certainly will consider them if I decide to replace the Honda.

Just had one of my HRV 2023 For a oil change after I pick it up I started to have a noise on shifting like a loud pounding I know this has nothing to do with the oils change and this morning I started the car the car was stuck trying to start over and over for like 5 minutes and could not shut it off and I think it has nothing to do with the. Oils change and to top it I check the oil this morning and there was only a quarter of oil And the car starter to shift like there was a transmission problem and a the lights came on on the dash like on the picture Do you happen to know what’s going on

My service rep was really great in explaining to me about my vehicle status as I had no idea about the campaign fix going on with the lights. I had called earlier and was giving different information. Leslie set me straight and all is good.

Waylon was excellent as always during the service for my car. He explained everything clearly to my satisfaction and I waited in a nice clean lobby while my car was being serviced. Another staff person even asked me if I needed a ride, which I didn't.

Have been using West Broad Honda for repair and upkeep of my 2009 Honda Fit. I chose this Dealership because of its continued professional service and attentive personal explanations of repairs and upkeep needed. I highly recommend this Dealership.

Couldn’t be happier….my salesman was very nice. The signing of all the paperwork was very pleasant. It really couldn’t have been better. It was quick and easy.
