Rose was great. I usually stay with my car while getting an oil change but this time I had to drop it off and pick it up later. She was super helpful with providing updates along the way and answering all of my questions in regards to things I need to get done to my car.

Service Advisor (Danny) did an exceptional job with explaining the issue with my car, and keeping me informed of the progress with the repairs. Overall, West Broad Honda did a great job and is why they have such loyal customers.

My car key fell apart. I couldn't drive my car. The key was made in excellent time, service was great in all areas. I rate them with Excellent service.

Everyone was personable and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and looked after. You might even learn something if you start a conversation. The cars are secondary, its about building relationships.
