Was an easy process and great experience everyone was so nice I got a chance to chat with the shop foreman and he was very knowledgeable and informative. The GM should be proud other service departments are not so friendly

My car had a rock stuck between the brake and the rotor. Honda road Assistance towed my car to West Broad Honda one evening and I had my car ready to pick up the next evening. I didn't have an appointment but Waylon came through for me again. I just had the same problem in May. Waylon helped me then too. He is an asset to West Broad Honda.
