Great Service Rep. Understood the problem knew what was going to need to be replaced. Noted my brakes were in need of service verified they were part of my maintenance package and took care of them in the same trip.

It's a shame.
Quick lane is good. I have the maintenance plan so I go there. It is usually very busy and the wait is longer than most other places that I have been. They however do a good job and are very professional. The rest of the dealership is where my problems are. This is why I won't suggest this dealership.

C-Max Energi sporadic problem
C-Max Energi. Back hatch would not open. Sporadic problem. Replacement of parts will hopefully fix the problem.

2007 Ford Explorer running perfectly!
I was able to drop my Explorer off on short notice as a devastating engine miss started that morning. They took great notes as I also had another issue I was not sure what it was. They called and told me they found the causes of both and checked out the entire truck and did not find anything but an Oil & Filter change. They resolved the 2 issues and it was done when promised!
