I love using this service as they are always clean, efficient, and very professional. My only complaint is that because there are no other competitors around that can do what they do, it has become very busy and the wait times have become a bit long. Maybe more service techs would be appropriate or another facility as we have to drive quite a distance to use this facility.

I Love Crossroads Ford Quick Lane
I have a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Back, 10 years ago, when we bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred, I was introduced to the Quick Lane. I have since been back with any all issues. It's fast, its affordable (especially with Ford Coupons), and it gives me incredible peace of mind that Ford trained technicians are working on my Ford. One thing happened last visit that makes me have even more faith in them. My engine guard was hanging down. I told the technician during check in, and he came back and told me that the screws were missing, but that they would fix it and make sure my fuel efficiency is fine, and that it doesn't fall down any more.

Customer Service
I had told my service advisor, Jeff, that I had a coupon for Brake work. He was not there when I picked up the car and the invoice did not show the discount. A different and very kind service advisor helped me and applied the coupon. He was a big help to me. His name was Frank and I commend his customer service.

Great service
I have a Ford Focus 2013 I lost the key and was getting a replacement. Got that and they did a warranty thing on my transmission as a bonus! Very pleased with customer service and taking initiative to do what was needed

Certified Pre-owned 2014 Fusion Titanium. Very helpful salesperson (Jean-Marie Poisson), very friendly staff. Still waiting for the day I can walk in, buy a car and be out in less than 4 hours.
