great customer service

was a little upset that i wasn't able to get the bg oil treatment for my 2010 f150 was told you only carry it for the diesel trucks, but other wise love coming to get my truck serviced there

I bought at Crossroads because of Charlie

charley ross is knowledgeable and helpful. Floor managers not so much. Fusion Platinum is awesome.

Awesome car and experience!

Kate Yarley was very patient and helpful in making sure I get the car of my dreams. Terry Wooten was very thorough in explaining the details of my loan and Scott, Sales Manager was very kind giving all my purchase options. Overall rating is excellent and awesome experience dealing with these people and I love my new Hybrid car.
