My Crossroads experience
The staff and facility at the Quick Lane make having your vehicle service a stress free experience. Each time I visit, all I have to do is hand them my key, and they tell me how long the wait will be and is that O.K.? I have never had to wait the full time, as they are efficient in what they do. The waiting area is very comfortable.

Cary Crossroads Ford Delivers
I'm enjoying my 2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL. Kate Yarley made my purchase so easy and Scott/Sales Manager discussed all my options. Terry Wooten was very thorough on the financial aspects of my loan and the coverage of my car. Everyone in this dealership are very nice, friendly and helpful. Cary Crossroads Ford is the best!

13 Shelby GT 500 oiil change
These guys are great. They always service my 13 Shelby GT500...I'm very cautious about who I let touch my Cara's I do all my installs myself. However crossroads ford is the only dealer in my opinion that really treats you car as if it was there own. I've never had a problem with them and will always continue to go back with all my vehicles . The staff is extremely professional and know what they are doing. The service bay are in full view and you can see everything that goes on. Nothing hidden. Thanks for providing all off us with great service at fair prices. 5 stars!!

Sales people were great.
David was greatt to work with. The 2014 escape is okay. We have a big wind problem while driving that we will have to have looked at when we get back from vacation. Would and have recommended Crossroads Ford Cary to friends.

Great service!!!!!!
I tried to get an appointment where I bought my car, they had an waiting list for 2 weeks! I called crossroad ford of Cary and talked to Jeff he got me an appointment that same week. But my car had other ideas it wouldn't start that same day I made my appointment, so I had it towed thinking I wouldn't have my car for the rest of the week. Boy was I wrong!! Jeff called me the next day and told me my car was ready! Jeff and the team at crossroads ford of Cary are amazing! Next time I need my car serviced I'll definitely be giving Jeff a call!

Crossroads Ford of Cary
Staff that I interfaced with was excellent. Techs seemed to have got all the work completed properly and without issues so far. I have two concerns: The truck was tied up for two days to get an oil change and radiator flush. A leaky heater control valve was discovered and also replaced. This seems an exceptionally long time for these simple tasks. I was told I did not need to make an appointment, so I guess the truck was just sitting there available at the convenience of the service dept. This alone would make me consider going to another service provider. Secondly, quite a few added costs were included that I did not authorize. None were big expenses, but I did not need a tire rotation or synthetic blend oil. This expense should have been offered, but not done without authorization. Overall, a fair experience. But perhaps too many 'big dealership' nuances to have me as a regular customer.

Great Quick Lane service
Fast check in, and car ready fast. Snacks available in waiting room, although I dropped mine off and picked up later.
