Freestar Service

Fast and efficient. Appears to have forgotten to rotate tires. Service rep was very nice but failed to review invoice without my request.

Excellent Service

I had a wonderful experience when I took my car in for the recall on the gas tank. I also had my oil changed and tires rotated. The service representative was quite helpful and recommended that I get a front end alignment because my tires were wearing. He also explained to me that I don't have a timing belt, but a chain. No one prior had ever told me this and every time I went to the quick service lane to have my oil changed I always asked to have them check my belts and hoses and no one ever told me I had a chain, so I didn't really need to worry about a belt breaking. The service rep. also did a full 125K check of all the things that needed to be changed and took care of my battery and fluids. He was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. I would recommend your service rep. to others because he took excellent care of me and my car. I would recommend my friends to visit. Thank you for doing such a great job!

"The Works" oil change on two cars

Great service as usual. The only comment I would mention is the service attendant did not inform us of the rebate available to us on "The Works" oil change. I happen to notice it on my receipt when I got home and took advantage of this offer. Other then that one small issue, the customer service was amazing and my car always is just as clean when I get it back as when I drop it off. As a clean freak, I can appreciate no dirt smudges on or in my car. ;)
