Customer service good, but too expensive.

I got in with appointment fairly quick. The wait time was reasonable. The costs were very expensive and excessive, I believe. Tune up-(plugs & filter) and coil #8 replacement was all, but the computer plug-in to diagnostic check was for "sure excessive" in cost. Can you offer a discount for my next service? or is that too much to ask? You want me back, right? Thanks, Gary F. Gibson

A/C compressor replaced hottest day of the year

Always pleased with the quality of service. Cost for replacement of a/c compressor was a bit higher than expected but have had no issues since repair.

Great Service Department! Good feeling!

Basically bought my first vehicle from your dealership 2 1/2 years ago because of a couple of great experiences with your service department. I bought my second vehicle (2015 Ford Fiesta) from your dealership six months ago and am very pleased with the whole experience. Quick and professional -and a comfortable wait.

Brought my F150 in for routine service and also a minor warranty issue, and dealt with Chris Skelton - he made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally - and your service department had me out the door faster than I could have anticipated. Very impressed with the entire experience.

Your staff(in the main service area) seem very friendly and helpful when I come there. The folks at the quick service are not as friendly as the ones in the service area. I use to have my oil changed there but stopped going because the wait time was too long.

Terrible Buying Experience

I had the most terrible experience ever buying a car . If you buy a car from them, use the internet and do not go in until everything is discussed otherwise you sit in a seating area that was dirty and no privacy discussing your deal. I would not get financing from them either since the rate changed 3 times with the finance manager.

Crossroads Ford Cary, December 2014

My experience with Mark Royakkers and Crossroads Ford was superb, outstanding! I am a repeat customer at Crossroads Ford and have dealt with Mark Royakkers each time, Mark is just the best. In my 54 years I have purchased vehicles at many dealerships, but since dealing with Mark and Crossroads I have no intention or reason to shop elsewhere. Also I would like to add that my dealings with the Crossroads Ford Service Center were also superb. The value that Mark and the Crossroads staff (Rob Pebler finance manager is great too!) add to the shopping, purchasing, and after-care experience make the choice to purchase there again and again a no-brainer.
