Excellent experience

I was greeted with a smile. The folks at Crossroads listened before they spoke. They were professional and friendly at every step of the car buying process. I ended up purchasing an Explorer XLT and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the process. The facility is second to none. All indoors with great inventory. Well done Crossroads team!

Excellent service, clean facility,

Service is timely; staff is helpful and courteous; service is quality. Service is a little more expensive at Ford dealership, but worth the cost. My Ford Ranger is doing fine at 162,000+ miles. You know service is certified and genuine parts are used at Crossroads Ford.

Service Department

Sam James in the service department was incredible! Everytime I went in for repairs, Sam made me his priority. He explained every issue step-by-step, anticipated my concerns and addressed them, and made sure my car was fixed. After these last repairs, I felt like I was more than appreciated customer. My car runs as well as the day I first bought it!

Great car buying experience all-around!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Crossroads Ford purchasing our 2012 Ford Escape. They were patient and very accommodating with us. The finance department was quick and on top of all the paperwork, we were not there for any longer than necessary. When we found some detailing items to be taken care of, it was cleaned up for us before we took the car home. Thanks for the great experience!

Awesome staff and quick service!

My experience was amazing, not my car breaking down, but how Crossroads Ford repairs handled my situation. They immediately identified the issue, a recall for the 2012 Focus, gave me a loaner, and had my car fixed incredibly fast. I did not have to miss a single second of work or vacation that I had scheduled. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and genuine, especially Frank!
