This dealership was very upscale and by far was the most professional dealership I have ever visited. They were accommodating. They made calls to other dealerships in their corporation to see if those dealerships had cars in my color and options preference. They went out of their way to find the exact car that I wanted. And yet they were not condescending or overbearing.

I recently bought my Fusion Hybrid from this dealer about two weeks ago. The customer service is incomparable.
