Service took longer than expected

I had new tires installed and an alignment, oil change, and new wipers during this visit. The work performed was done well and accurately to the best of my knowledge. However, I had made an appointment and was told the new tires were in stock and would be ordered for delivery to the service center prior to the appointment so they would be available at the start of my appointment. At the time I made the appointment I was given an estimate of 2 hours for the service to be completed. However, I waited from the 9 am appointment time to about 1:30 pm for the service to be complete. I did not expect it to take that long. I believe the tires were not delivered until after I arrived for the appointment. I recommend the service center make a more accurate assessment about timing of part deliveries and length of time to complete the work and share this with the customer at the time an appointment is made instead of misleading the customer in order to attract business. In the end the customer learns not to trust what they're told and will take their business elsewhere.

Great service, clean and family friendly

Wife took the car out with 4 yr old and the kids room was a big hit. People were nice and job done well.

Crossroads Ford

I had a nail in one of my tires, and it was fixed while having an oil change. However the next day the tire need air. This happened two days in a row. I went back to the dealer and the tire was repaired. I was told that the wrong plug size was used the first time. I waisted an hour of my time. Not happy.

Saturday Express Service

I came on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I had a 2 hour wait, but it was Saturday. All went well. I got to use a coupon. My car is running great (almost 4 years old). Many thanks. Just wish you all were 15 miles or so closer to my house.
