Excellent. Had a disappointing experience at Schaumburg...

Excellent. Had a disappointing experience at Schaumburg Honda and came here. Had a wonderful experience working with David. When we finally decided to buy we forgot the title to the car we were trading in and David came to our house at 11pm to get the title so my husband wouldn’t have to leave the buying process. He also did an excellent job following up with me after purchasing and worked with me in getting a couple small issues resolved. Definitely recommend!

All in all my experience was great. My salesperson, Johan was well informed about my vehicle and answered every question. The only wrinkle was I was never told that the two extras I purchased would not be installed/completed at the time I took possession of my vehicle. I would have gladly waited to get the car a bit later and it would have saved me a near 35 mile drive to have the work completed. I had to call to report that the work hadn't been done/installed. It was then that I was told ... Oh, we schedule that after you get your vehicle. The dealership needs to improve their procedure.

Worst dealer I have EVER dealt with. Did all the...

Worst dealer I have EVER dealt with. Did all the paperwork Wed July 7th. Still waiting for them to send the check to payoff my auto loan. Do NOT trust anything they say, it is all false. They backtrack on everything, even if they have it all on camera telling you one thing and then the person that told you is "off" that day. They will tell you they aren't making money on your deal, trust me they are. Bryan the sales person was fine to deal with but George is only out to make a buck and doesn't care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Deceptive advertising, sechedyled a test drive online for...

Deceptive advertising, sechedyled a test drive online for a used civic type r and once I got to the dealership, was told I was “unable” to test drive the car, had I known this I would have chosen a different dealer, also I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes with no time updates while being presented an offer, also the car had major undisclosed curb rash marks on all 4 wheels that were not pictured online

Very nice people and great shopping experience

I went to the McGrath Honda at St Charles to see a used car after work and had the opportunity to talk to Gorge and Travis. They are the nicest people on earth, knowledgeable, patient, honest and friendly and thanks for their help I was able to make a quick decision to purchase the car. I was so impressed by the hospitality I received there and I would have given the overall experience a 5-star rating had the web advertising stated that this vehicle had only one key fob.

McGrath Honda StC appreciates good customers and will work for you. I live just a few miles from the dealership (Geneva) and want a good service relationship with my local dealer for a worry free experience. McGrath Honda of Saint Charles gives me that worry free experience. I brought my Accord here for service for the last three years and they showed their appreciation by helping me trade in my 2013 Accord Sport for a new 2021 Accord EX-L. Where I try to go the extra mile to be a good customer, they also go the extra mile for they’re customers. Honesty moment - these guys are car salesmen selling cars. If you don’t like the sales experience or don’t have time for it, shop online. It’s 2021 guys, you have options. But if you value face to face business, these guys will (safely) do business with you in their store and they will take care of you. Shoutout to Darek in sales and David in finance for the hookup. ALSO - I’ve heard rumors of a NEW facility for these guys coming this year. Can’t wait to get my new Accord serviced there!

This dealer is by far the most deceptive that I've...

This dealer is by far the most deceptive that I've encountered. This is the 9th new car I've purchased and the 5th Honda product. We started with an agreed price from an internet offer, and they hid $695 for accessories and $800 for a key FOB replacement plan into our payments without a clear breakdown on the purchase agreement. We never asked for accessories and clearly declined the key FOB replacement plan when offered. You will need a calculator and good math skills to calculate the taxes and do a thorough review. At the end of the deal, they said that they couldn't find the second key FOB and told us to come back one week later to get it. After we demanded something in writing to prove that they owed us the key, they went to the back, got the key and gave it to us. Finally, we could only get the $800 key FOB replacement plan refunded after 8 weeks of consistently calling/emailing them and ultimately had to open a dispute with the credit card we used for part of the down payment. Avoid this dealer.
