Disappointing

We brought our 2018 CRV in because our gravel pan became disconnected. Rather than address the malfunction, you decide to blame us. Got home, and our tire was flat. Your mechanics did not even bother to do normal, basic maintenance. Absolutely not professional at all. It seems like the concept of customer service has eluded you. Are you actually proud of this?

Chris, We're sorry to hear about experience with us. By no means were we blaming anyone, instead you brought to our attention that you hit an animal, which caused the damage to your under body shield leaving it disconnected. We reattached this for your, at no cost. Even though this was not a warranty concern, based on the physical damage from striking an animal, we fixed it for you, at no cost. Our concept of professionalism and customer service was demonstrated by fixing the issue, again at no cost.

Purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid

Darek, Jason and the team at McGrath Honda of St. Charles did a great job helping me through the steps necessary to select and then purchase a new car. Since buying the car, I have been very happy with the level of service they continue to provide which, I think, is the real measure of a dealership's quality.

Warranty work

It was nice to be notified of a non-recall recall work to be done on my 2012 Fit. The work was done promptly and professionally. An added nice touch was being notified of other repair issues and prices with the car when the original work was done.
