I’ve been working with Miss Jay since November. I remember because we talked about when she first got there and her progress to now. She’s been coaching me to get my credit together and save my money so I can get the car I want. I came in and got the exact car I wanted Saturday!! When I first got there, I didn’t see her and someone asked to help me and I said no, I’m waiting on the lady with locs lol. Sure enough she was there and remembered me and it was from there I knew I had a car sales lady for life. She asked about my family and school and of course we talked finances, Miss Jay is awesome. She made sure she stayed with me during the whole entire process and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. The dealership was so pleasant. Granted it was a bit chaotic because it was a Saturday but it was all worth it. I got the Honda Accord I had been wanting for a very long time, Miss Jay was great! I recommend her to everyone because she’s patient and not pushy and helps you understand everything. She’s great!

Our salesman Gabe was very helpful and patient working with my husband and In obtaining a car. We are currently rebuilding our credit and considering, our experience was pleasant!

Today I accidentally came into this dealership while looking for another an was pleasantly greeted an offered wonderful deals within my price range. With the wonderful punctual dedicated work from Mr. Preston I left happy with a new vehicle.

I purchased a car from Easterns last month. The service when I was buying was great! 2 weeks in I called about an issue with my car shaking when pressing on the brakes. I assumed my rotors were warped. I called and called and called...everytime I was transferred to the sales manager he would not answer and his voicemail was full. I took the car to get a brake inspection done myself. The rotors are warped. It needs front and back rotors and pads (they have to do pads when replacing warped rotors). Acter spending $28k on a vehicle I don’t believe I should have to spend another $900 on brakes and rotors. I have since called back multiple times and been hung up on or transferred to the same full voicemail. I have sent emails with no reply! Conveniently my 30 days is up in 2 more days! Do not buy a car here!!!

Give this guy a raise. Great help. Showed me many options. And my rates and all are perfect. At last min even got me a lower raiting.
