Hello. My automobile purchasing experience with A'Jasia 'Jay' Summerville was awesome. While this review is focused on Jay, it’s a good opportunity to mention the excellent service I received from the entire Eastern Automotive group team. From my initial contact with the call center to meeting with the finance manager, the performance of the Eastern team was stellar and professional. Early on a Saturday morning, Jay greeted me on the lot with a warm smile and a pleasant attitude. Her friendly demeanor helped ensure the greeting was genuine. Jay walked me into the office and across the showroom floor. She sat me down, asked if I wanted water or needed to use the rest room. She even offered me some of her breakfast. These gestures may seem very small and possibly routine. However, to a nervous guy who hadn’t purchased a dealership automobile in more than 15 years, these little actions meant a great deal. Jay explained the Eastern Auto processes in a very intelligent and thoughtful manor. She asked me questions about what I was looking for, my budget, and addressed any concerns that I had. Jay introduced me to the management staff and made certain I was comfortable with the auto buying process. As we moved through the process, Jay helped me make sure I had all the appropriate paperwork and documentation required. Jay was surprisingly very knowledgeable about the auto selections I had in mind. After determining the make and model I was focused on, Jay made the arrangements to have the vehicle I was interested in, relocated to the lot in Baltimore. I appreciate all of Jay’s assistance and persistence. This women is very polite and assertive. When one option closed, she worked to find another. The only thing is that the car could’ve been cleaner. Other than that, everything went very well.
