This was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We saw a couple of cars that we liked online and sent an email to Hi-Line to ask a few questions about the vehicles. Jimmy, the sales professional who assisted us was great and responded to us within minutes. We set up an appointment to see the vehicles and Jimmy stayed late to meet us at a time that was suitable for us. The cars were exactly as advertised. The prices were great so there was no need to haggle. There was no pressure to buy. The payment process was painless and overall it was a good experience. I would defiantly recommend Hi-Line Garage and we will go back there for our next vehicle.

I did some research prior to purchasing my Acura TL along with speaking with Vito prior to my onsite visit. Vito and his team were great to work with and went the extra mile to insure I was satisfied with the deal. The whole team worked well to get my trade-in emptied out of personal belongings and license plate switched over. The signing of the loan paper work only took all of about 15 minutes and I was ready to go. A big thanks to everyone there at Hi-Line for their great customer service. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to take the time to visit with anyone of staff members at Hi-Line, it will be worth it.

The facilities are smaller and less fancy than the big name luxury dealers, but that is fine as it keeps their overhead (and prices) down. They have a very good selection of luxury cars, with excellent pricing. Jimmy was easy to work with, and the entire sales process was a breeze. I found the car I liked, test drove it, and completed the paperwork that same afternoon. Total elapsed time, around 2 hours. I will definitely shop there again for my next pre-owned luxury automobile.

This was a great buying experience. I had emailed and gotten the " out the door" price and it was several thousand dollars better than anywhere else. Jimmy was knowledgable and easy to work with. When we requested it be taken to our mechanic that was no problem. We got the car fax also and the car was extremely clean and well maintained. We signed the papers and were out in less than an hour. An outstanding experience.

After roughly a month of car shopping at well known luxury used car dealerships in the Atlanta area, I began to realize that the overall car quality and customer service was consistently inadequate. The vast majority of the cars had discrepancies with their online profiles (probably like online dating), and the sales team only cared about the bottom-line. Fortunately, I stumbled on Hi-Line Garage in Charlotte, and reviewed their ratings. From my initial call with the salesmen to signing the paperwork, it was a flawless experience. The car was exactly as described, competitively priced, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Nick was tremendous throughout the process. Hi-Line Garage definitely has the best combination of pricing and quality with their cars. They definitely take pride in their work.

On April 30, 2015 I entered this dealership with the ultimate goal of leaving with the car of my choice. Being a female, I expected a somewhat of a hassle and runaround. But I had already done my research on the particular car I wanted. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't won't to do. . . I presented my guidelines; my down payment, what I wanted as far as payments and for how many months. All I can say is that all requirement were fulfilled beyond my expectations. The test drive, application, paperwork, etc. and driving off the lot took no longer than 21/2 hours. Darren- in Sales was awesome and Rob did an even greater job with the financial piece when disclosing information about the best warranty for my particular purchase. Professionalism is key. . . an excellent experience. I'm so thrilled and proud to say that I would recommend Hi-Line to family and friends. . .I'm enjoying my Mercedes E350- 4matic beyond words. Everyone was so friendly, even the guys who didn't work directly with me. . . such a warm and welcoming environment. Keep up the great work. . . I will be back in a couple years for another purchase.
