I wanted to reach out to you regarding our recent car purchase. We had the great pleasure of dealing with Wayne Hunt this past weekend. Wayne on the other hand, really made my wife and I feel very comfortable during our visit, and made sure not to pressure us in any way. He was always listening to my wife as she explained about all her wants and needs, and made sure to take the time and explain the vehicle in its entirety. Once we knew that your 2013 Lexus ES 350, was the right vehicle for us, we contacted Wayne and he made sure to have the documents and vehicle waiting for us once we returned back to the dealership. As I mentioned earlier, I have been in the industry before, and have been in different sales and management positions for close to 30 years. I have also learned that the customer is your biggest asset in your success, and customer satisfaction is always put first before the sale itself.
