The facilities are smaller and less fancy than the big name luxury dealers, but that is fine as it keeps their overhead (and prices) down. They have a very good selection of luxury cars, with excellent pricing. Jimmy was easy to work with, and the entire sales process was a breeze. I found the car I liked, test drove it, and completed the paperwork that same afternoon. Total elapsed time, around 2 hours. I will definitely shop there again for my next pre-owned luxury automobile.

This was a great buying experience. I had emailed and gotten the " out the door" price and it was several thousand dollars better than anywhere else. Jimmy was knowledgable and easy to work with. When we requested it be taken to our mechanic that was no problem. We got the car fax also and the car was extremely clean and well maintained. We signed the papers and were out in less than an hour. An outstanding experience.

After roughly a month of car shopping at well known luxury used car dealerships in the Atlanta area, I began to realize that the overall car quality and customer service was consistently inadequate. On April 30, 2015 I entered this dealership with the ultimate goal of leaving with the car of my choice. Being a female, I expected a somewhat of a hassle and runaround. But I had already done my research on the particular car I wanted. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't won't to do. . . I presented my guidelines; my down payment, what I wanted as far as payments and for how many months. All I can say is that all requirement were fulfilled beyond my expectations. The test drive, application, paperwork, etc. and driving off the lot took no longer than 21/2 hours. Darren- in Sales was awesome and Rob did an even greater job with the financial piece when disclosing information about the best warranty for my particular purchase. Professionalism is key. . . an excellent experience. I'm so thrilled and proud to say that I would recommend Hi-Line to family and friends. . .I'm enjoying my Mercedes E350- 4matic beyond words. Everyone was so friendly, even the guys who didn't work directly with me. . . such a warm and welcoming environment. Keep up the great work. . . I was having a hard time coming to the reality that I needed to let my 2006 Acura MDX go. I had been eyeing the Volvo S60 for a couple of weeks online and, although, there were great deals around Charlotte, Hi-Line had the best pricing and selection by far. From the moment I stepped on the lot until the moment I sat in my new purchase, Vito made the experience enjoyable. He recognized me as an educated shopper and there was no pressure or sales gimmicks. I was able to get a car with low mileage at a great price. Of course I would recommend this dealership and sales team. I'm happy.
