After checking out a number of different cars at multiple car lots we found what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. The staff was very pleasant & professional. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will back to Hi-Line Garage.

Staff was incredibly warm and friendly. I initially called on Tuesday to set up an appointment for Saturday and the dealership notified me consistently to let me know the car was still available. We were treated extremely well during the car buying process. The vehicle was immaculate and they all wished us off very kindly. Overall excellent experience!

Vehicle was better than described in their ad. Nick, our sales person was great. He even went the extra mile to mail us some items we had left in out trade in car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a "Hiline" vehicle as the best possible price. Took a shot at letting them find the financing for us and they got us a better financing deal than my personal bank was willing to do. I could have not been treated any better. I was not pushed at all and was given excellent advise from everyone. Being a single woman is sometimes puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to purchase a high dollar car. I was impressed by the respect and courtesy from each and everyone that was there. I found the car that I wanted on cars.com, then called the dealership to set up a tests drive. I had such an amazing experience. I came in 45 minutes before closing. They had already pulled the car that I was interested in around to the front entrance. They welcomed me into the dealership and I left with exactly what I wanted. Jimmy was my salesman who took me on my test drive. He ensured that I knew all of the features of my new Cadillac and how to work them. He replaced a windshield wiper for me, made sure that my satellite radio was set up and he even came up to my job the next day to pick up some paperwork. And finally, my miracle worker, Rob was able to get me approved that night, but ran out of time to find the best financing options. Rob worked extra hard the next couple of days to get me the payment I was comfortable with. He was able to find me a better interest rate with lower monthly payments. I finally got the car of my dreams! I love my new Cadillac SRX...I call her Black Diamond! thank you HiLine Garage for making the whole buying experience so amazing!

This was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We saw a couple of cars that we liked online and sent an email to Hi-Line to ask a few questions about the vehicles. Jimmy, the sales professional who assisted us was great and responded to us within minutes. We set up an appointment to see the vehicles and Jimmy stayed late to meet us at a time that was suitable for us. The cars were exactly as advertised. The prices were great so there was no need to haggle. There was no pressure to buy. The payment process was painless and overall it was a good experience. I would defiantly recommend Hi-Line Garage and we will go back there for our next vehicle.

I did some research prior to purchasing my Acura TL along with speaking with Vito prior to my onsite visit. Vito and his team were great to work with and went the extra mile to insure I was satisfied with the deal. The whole team worked well to get my trade-in emptied out of personal belongings and license plate switched over. The signing of the loan paper work only took all of about 15 minutes and I was ready to go. A big thanks to everyone there at Hi-Line for their great customer service.
