Vehicle Overview

The BMW 4 Series replaced the previous-generation 3 Series coupe and convertible models last year. Power comes from a turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the 428i or a turbocharged six-cylinder in the 435i. Rear- and all-wheel-drive versions are available, and competitors include the Audi A5 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

For 2015, BMW has added a performance-oriented M4 coupe and the 4 Series Gran Coupe, a four-door model with coupelike styling. They are covered in separate reports in the Cars.com Research section.

    Bad quality

    Paint is faded and chipping. Car jerks when you press on the gas. Doesn’t look like it was well maintained. Can see a lot of hidden tears on the seats

    FUN! A hard top convertible cannot be beat.

    Quick, classy and fun. Makes you feel good every time you start it. There are cars that do many things better, but as a package it cannot be beat.

    First BMW

    I have driven BMWs in the past, so I knew what I wanted when seeking a replacement vehicle. The 435i convertible is a perfect fit for my driving style and circumstances. Performance is unbeatable at this price point, and dealer service is tops.

    Handles great and trouble free

    Perfect car for empty nesters that like to travel. No problems ever, enjoy the engine’s power and smoothness. Great roadholding but if you drive it in the snow - invest in snow tires!

    2015 435XI BMW good condition

    Carbon spoiler, skirt, and side mirror. Good conditioned, used it for commuting only. Full option Very smooth and strong car Under CPO warranty and recently maintainanced

    Best of both worlds top up or down

    It drives amazing and after having a hardtop convertible its the only way to go.Pleanty of power in all settings comfortable sport or sport plus it’s great to drive.

    First BMW I've ever owned and I love it!

    This car was just AWESOME! Looks great, performance is top shelf, and it's still comfortable enough to be my daily-driver. AWD and I had zero issues in the winter. I can't say enough great things about this car. (having a baby and need 4 doors now- only reason for selling)

    BMW 435i

    This car has the best Feature of any convertible It has a left system so when the top is down you can get luggage in behind the top so it holds more luggage than any convertible Audi Mercedes all of them.

    It's not a car. It's an experience

    Packed with so many features and so much fun to drive. Every time I drive this car it puts a smile on my face. The heated seats and neck warm allow you to drive year round with the top down. You will absolutely LOVE this car.

    Love My Car

    I was very excited to purchase this car, however is does not handle snow very well. I would suggest the AWD model if you live in an area where it snows - I live in the Buffalo area.

    Amazing all around vehicle.

    Excellent touring car. Comfortable, quiet, fast!

    Love the 4 Series-wide and low. Great look and the twin turbo 6 gives you plenty of power! Interior appointment is excellent and the infotainment is user friendly
