The last of the reliable

My Escape is at nearly 130k miles and still runs beautifully. Minimal repairs needed and performs very well in the New England seasons. If you're a fan of the box SUV shape and you're ok with a little road noise on the highway, then this is the used car for you.

Excellent economy, smooth shifting.

We had been searching for an SUV for some time. Narrowed it down to the Escape. Worth the shopping and being choosy.

A Great Smaller SUV!

At 120k miles, I've only done basic maintenance and upkeep aside from the throttle body, which was a recall item (quickly and easily resolved). The V6 is a great engine and does well on the highway, and it looks great inside and out. Love it except for some of the hard plastic in the interior, but it's forgivable, and most cars these days have it unless you buy a luxury make. It's good in snow with all wheel drive and the premium stereo with Sync and bluetooth sounds great and has a decent interface.

Very good car

I have over 188,000 miles on my car, and this is the first time I've had anything significant that needed to be done. It runs well, has passable mileage (for the year model). It's reasonably comfortable and easy to drive.

Nice SUV

I like the Escape as a V6. It?s powerful and reliable. I would buy it again. No big problems at all.

would definitely buy another escape

We really love the older style escapes. It is really easy to get odd shaped stuff in the back due to the more square back hatch. We have owned it for several years now and it has been very reliable. I would recommend the 6 cylinder rather than the 4 cylinder; especially for highway driving. It is a great highway vehicle and is great in the snow with the automatic 4 wheel drive. We have children and we all feel safe in this vehicle. The only issue with this vehicle is the fact that it rusts prematurely under the back hatch window; but that is easily repairable at a reasonable price.

Most Reliable Car I own

This car is reliable and excellent for a small family. This car has met all of my needs. For a small SUV, it is roomy and has a USB port and Auxillary port.
