It's Nice

I loved my 2016 but I LOVE my 2020. It's comfy, sleek and handles well. The wider wheel base really changed the look and feel of the Escape.

Terrible seats, trans doesn't know what to do

The seat heaters jab you in the tailbone. The transmission doesn't shift properly, it doesn't know when to shift. However, Ford is working with me to rectify the problem. It's not the greatest car in the world, but then again, it's not my Lincoln Town car.

This car is junk. And not to mention I have had nothing but issues with my tail bone because the seats have no padding. I hate it!

Like all the new features

It’s exceeding expectations. Very comfortable and easy to drive. A lot of new safety features. I also like the heated steering wheel. I missed out on that with my previous Escape.

Just purchased it recently. Ford is dependable

This car meets my needs. I am happy with the great gas mileage. The interior is very nice and extremely comfortable. We have plenty of room for traveling with plenty of USB ports for everyone’s devices

Love it!

This vehicle meets all my needs with all the updates and new design. It has spacious room and I love the new start button. The gas mileage is also good along with the heated seats.

Not impressed

Took a 2020 Ford Escape trim SE and was totally not impressed got 3 blocks from the dealership and the ride was rough and the Escape seemed lacking power that's the 3 cylinder I'm sure the only good thing was the interior space I've got an 2006 that rides better and for sure sits up higher Ford has made a mistake making this generation a cross over Kia, Hyundai, Toyota all the comparators have them beat on style and looks sorry Ford putting a 3 cylinder big mistake

Worse Car I ever leased!

I leased this 2020 Escape vehicle and since then I have had problems within the first 3 months. The wrench light or power train is an issue. According to the dealer you must come to a full stop before engaging into the next gear. I have been back 2 times already for the same problem. In addition, there is a knocking sound on the drivers side when you turn the wheel. Also there is a barrel sound coming from the rear of the drivers side as well. I am sorry I purchased this lease and am looking into the lemon law in my state. My advice is stay away from this vehicle unless you want something that will be your current and future headache!
