I Love my Ford Fusion

I have 3,000 miles on my Fusion and it's been a real joy. Coming from a pickup truck, I had to adjust to sitting closer to the ground. This car is all most perfect. The 2.5 is very peppy and fun to drive. Handles like a sports car. Easy to park, good seats and the vision is excellant. With the 17" wheels I can hear some road noise. I lowered the air pressure to 35 lbs and that helped alot. The only thing I don't like is the the approach angle. Because of the long front end. Just be careful when driving into a dip. Go get ya one, you won't be sorry. On the highway I'm getting 34 mpg. I drive 68 miles daily. So I'm saving tons of money. Remember, it's not a pickup truck.

I love this car

I was somewhat pushed into buying this car when I traded in my Explorer on the cash for clunkers program. I wanted a Focus SES and there were none to be had. Everyone in southern California was out of them. The dealership had the Fuusion SE with all available options incuding a moon roof which was something that was a must. I was set on the Focus till I test drove the Fusion. I've had it 7 weeks have just over 3,000 miles on it and love it. The gas mileage is just under 40 mpg on the freeway and about 26 city which is more than the EPA sticker said it would get. The Ford Sync was a bit difficult to figure out but now I have it down. That is propably the best feature you can have in a car. If you are looking for a great car with great gas mileage, buy a Fusion.

New car

Best car since the 97 taurus. The instrument panel is a little crowded and hidden from the driver by the steering wheel but not distracting. The car's user manual is good but so many of the indicators are confusing.

First new Ford I've Purchased

I purchased a Tuxedo Black Fusion Sport, with the 401A package. I've had the windows tinted making the car look even more sporty and expensive. Some people wondered if it was a Cadillac CTS?!?! The car has great looks, plenty of power, comfort and the Sync system, too. There are times when I become annoyed when cars stay in my blind spot until I realize they?re checking out the car ? in the past I?ve done this, too. I?m totally pleased with the car, the power, and the driving experience of this American car!

Fantastic Car

I bought this car based on the new styling and haven't been disappointed yet. The exterior changes made to the Fusion make it look more sporty no matter what model you purchase. Love the front end. The new interior changes are great. Very sporty, easy to use and love the instrument panel. The aqua color is easy on the eyes and gives it a more expensive look. Great handling on the expressway and in the city. Highly recommend this vehicle. Ford you have a homerun on this car!

2010 Fusion

I recently bought a 2010 fusion and I must say Im very impressed. I get around 30 at 65 to 70 with the 3.0 V6, the powertrain is smooth and refined the 6 is also ready for you to floor it when ever you want to, pretty quick. the rear seat is big and over all the car is comfortable. I did like the dash and the center stack. I looked at an accord, I wasnt sold on styling and I didnt think it matched me. I would recomend this Ford to anyone buying a new car and are thinking to just get another honda or toyota again.

huge improvement over the last generation

I just picked up my 2010 Fusion SE 4cyl a few days ago as my new company car. I turned in a 2007 Fusion SE 4 cyl, and it's a whole new world. I was never happy with my 07 and decided I never would have driven one if my company didn't provide it. The 2010 is a whole different story. I love the new front end. The updated grille and headlamps are very slick and make it look like a much more expensive car. There's some real style there. The rear didn't get a major change, but the slight changes to the trunk and lamps do help to give it a more upscale feel. This all continues into the interior. I'm an insurance adjuster and travel across the entire western half of Oklahoma, sometimes driving as much as 7 or 8 hours in a day. In just a few days with this much driving I can feel a huge difference in the comfort of the seats. The stereo and A/C controls are easy to find and use. And the blue glow of the dash just looks cool. The boost in HP over the previous model gives it just enough extra pickup where I don't feel like I'm struggling to keep up with traffic. And on my first few long trips (about 230 miles each) I've averaged around 34-35 MPG with the cruise set near 70MPH. Not bad. Overall very impressed and this is one that I would be willing to spend my own money on.
