I jsut love to drive my 2008 Accord. It is sporty and quick. It accellerates and responds to my every command. I would certainly recommend this car to anyone.

unhappy

Had the customary rear brake problem that everyone else has had. Also, per the dealer, it is apparenttly normal for V6's to have jerky, surging shifting. Rear deck panel, both front windows, and glove compartment rattle. I have also been told once already by an independent mechanic that my oil level was suddenly down 2 quarts.

Will buy another

This is my second Honda and it performs perfect. The ride is better than my 2007 and performance on the highway is excellent. I have heard about early brake wear but they must have fixed it beacause i have no issues. I would totally recommend this vehicle to everyone. It has never let me down. I also handles excellent in snow.

Now it burns oil!

My 2008 accord, with 54,000 miles, is using oil at the rate of 2 quarts per 4,000 miles. The dealership is filling the oil for free, but we haven't yet begun to talk about what could be wrong with the car. I had a 1990 Camry with 95,000 miles which used as much, but it needed rings, and the person who sold it to me did it under warranty. This car has been unreliable, which is unforgivable. I have replaced the brakes twice (and I'm approaching the magic mileage again) and I had another issues in which when I turned the key it sounded like the car was already running.

Last Honda for me, too

It's a nice car all around but I'm just irked the way they handled the faulty rear brakes which need replacement every 20k. Instead of flat out admitting it (or even better, fixing it for good), I know have to pay every time and then submit paperwork to get reimbursed thanks to the class action law suit. My next car will be... not a Honda for sure.

Fantastic Car

had a few minor rattles in trunk but resolved with TSB from Honda. Brake wear prematurely but not had them corrected by Honday as of yet since there is only 21,000 miles on the car. Exterior and interior are wearing well as my car is now almost three years old. Dash has lots of buttons but if you take the time to learn them, each are quite intuitive. the car magazines hate the dash. Overall experience is far above my previous car, a BMW X3.

My last Honda

Bought new in October 2007. Very quick and well handling car. Went through first set of rear brakes at 16k. Needed torque converter at 36k. Now on 3rd set of key fobs. Three tries at dealer to get rattle in back shelf fixed I am 5' 9" and 210 lbs and the front seats are painfull after 50 or 60 miles.Warranty is now up and I am holding my breath for next issue. First and last Honda for me.

My Honda

It is OK but not as comfortable as the NIssan Altima and does not have some of the features. Too much road noise and a little to stiff a ride for a sedan.
