Great service for good car

The one problem I had was the 4 wheel drive transfer case. It failed at 80,000 miles and Kia replaced it at no charge. No hassle, great phone support and cooperative dealerships. Other than that, I drove it 135,000 miles with no other issue.

Good Value for the money

It is a nice car and I bought it as is from a reputable dealer. It randomly bangs / clunks when shifting with no check engine lights. I hope it's nothing serious. Overall looks and runs good for a 10 year old car.

Best customer service ever

The only issue in 139,000 miles was a transfer case that was damaged by the salt on the roads in Maine. It was replaced at no charge at 80,000 miles. I would buy another.

Worst car I have ever owned

This car has cost me over double what it’s worth in repairs. Every time I bring it in for an inspection I get slapped with a $2500 repair bill. Never again will I ever buy another Kia.

Has been a very reliable car

Purchased this car after reviewing the 3 major competitors. Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. The styling and features surpassed all for the purchase price and gas mileage

Dealerships are out for themselves, Julio Jones

I really like my car, problem is, wiring harness on headlight keeps burning out and melting. Even put a ceramic harness on it and problem still persists. Julio Jones wants to charge me an arm and a leg because I did not buy it from them. Would not let me speak to a mechanic, just some woman that said she is in charge of service department.
