Best car EVER
This car is comfortable and handles great! I don’t feel like I am driving a huge vehicle. Lots of room and can fold down seats for hauling big things around or seats up to seat 8 comfortably! Love the Toyota Highlander

Great choice
The new highlander has some great improvements, specially in the interior. The seats seam softer, more comfortable than the 2018 Se we have. The layout is nicer and Apple CarPlay is a plus. Overall it’s a good improvement over the older models. Two things I didn’t like is the fake leather interior in the Xle trim. For that amount of money, give me real leather. I also don’t like the fact that the rear window doesn’t open at all to have access to the rear. Now you have to open the door. Overall, I do like the new highlander and I trust the Toyota reliability but it’s not perfect and the Honda Pilot is also a great choice.

3rd row seat.
Like the 5 foot 2 person who checked out the third seat, I did try it out as well and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. But I am 4'02" and not sure how it will be for larger folks.

Very good vehicle
The vehicle meets my needs of what I was looking for. I researched all, vehicles in this category. Should be happy with this vehicle. Not the process of purchasing it.

So far I love it
This car has all the bells and whistles to make it worth the value! But it's also just a great performer and comfortable to drive. I also tested out the 3rd row to see what the negative reviews were about. I'm 5'2 and thought it was totally fine. Yes, my legs are up higher because the back row is elevated, but that's totally manageable (wouldn't want to do it for a 3 hour drive but would be fine for a drive that's under an hour). My husband is 6ft tall so he would hate it but luckily my side of the family is short so they would manage just fine when they come visit (my car seats are in the captains chairs).

The 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum is AMAZING.
I had purchased a 2014 Highlander Limited in 2014 which was redesigned that year. In 2020, Toyota redesigned the 2020 Highlander Platinum and I wanted the best again. The 2020 Toyota Highlander is the best car I've ever owned.

Wonderful Vehicle, with great handling, and tech
The 2020 Highlander is a wonderful vehicle. It's quiet and handles extremely well. It can be set up to be usable by five adult passengers with a bench seat. The Limited we drove had four captains chairs. The way back area is more suitable for children than adults. Our Sienna van gives more back room, so for us the Highlander was not an option.

My second Toyota vehicle and love it.
The dealership was great to deal with. The car was just as advertised and delivered to my home. The salesman treated us with respect. Love the car and how it handles.

Third Highlander and NEVER again!
The 2020 Highlander is very disappointing. This is our 3rd Highlander (and 6th Toyota) and were so excited to see the body changes on the 2020. We traded in our 2015, which was a 5 year lease and a GREAT SUV! We bought the 2020 Highlander XLE in Blizzard Pearl with Graphite Softex interior. The seat material has a really chalky feel and the black trim is matte which also has a chalky feel. The steering wheel housing on the back side of the steering wheel moves and pops and cracks when you touch which I do when I am driving and turning but the dealer said it was designed that way. But the biggest disappointment is that the car stalled while driving several times and I called the dealer near my home to see if I was doing something and they said it was the stability control since each time it happened I was coming up from an incline and making a 90 degree turn. Turns out, it was the stop start feature and the stalls became more frequent and scared us to death when we nearly got hit. I had it towed to the dealer where we bought it after I saw the RECALL online. No one at Toyota or the dealer, Fred Haas Toyota World in Houston reached out to let us know there was a recall. We will never buy another Highlander. We loved our 2008 and then the 2015, but this 2020 feels cheap, flimsy and sluggish.
