Most regrettful car I've Owned
i had bought this car tempted by the great value of price. I thought that buy a new car like this is better than buying a used car for the price. Well, i was wrong. I should've rather bought Hyundai Accent with just less than 2thousand more dollars.

Great little Car
I've always driven an F250 crew cab diesel, but decided it was time to be responsible. I took quite a bit of time checking out other vehicles, ALMOST bought a Hundai Accent because i couldn't find the Yaris I wanted, but decided to wait...and i'm glad i did. I only need a car to get me around that is reliable and gets good gas mileage, and i definitely found it. Its built very solid and i'm averaging 38.5 miles per gallon. I've found i get better mileage around town than i do on the freeway...but its because our speed limits are 75 so i think i actually lose some of the economy. I bought the sedan and got a 5speed manual. I'm really happy with the car and get lots of comments on it. I would recommend it to anyone!

Fun and adorable little car.
I was drawn to this car by its fun and cute design and its great gas mileage. I also wanted a car that was inexpensive and small (for parrallel parking at school). This car totally serves my purpose. Its a bit bumpy on city roads but thats to be expected from such a small car. It has no problem accelerating and handles quite well. The inside is incredibly roomy and can fit 4 people very comfortably. I feel very high up in the seat, and feel like im eye level with smaller sized SUV's. My only qualm is the lack of standard features. The car does not come standard with an armrest. I mean come on Toyota! The base price (around 12k for automatic) is without a convience package, which is A/C, radio/cd, and other things that should always be standard no matter what (and all the cars shipped out of the factory have this package... so why lie to consumers about the base MSRP of 12k, when in fact it is really 13k. A fully loaded hatchback with power package could push 16k-17k. I settled with a hatch (the only automatic i found in my area) with an armrest, mats, door & bumber guards, a spoiler and passive alarm(dealer installed) for $14,185. Unfortionately i would have had to wait 6-8 weeks to get a hatch ordered with power package. So im stuck with roll up windows. *shrug*. Still a great car that im thoroughly pleased with!

Good Looking and Economical
For the first time ever I am actually pleased with an ecomomy car. Seats offer great support. Interior is roomier than one might imagine from the outside. Decent sized trunk and headroom . It may not be a powerhouse of a car, but it's peppy. I'm averaging 34 mpg in the city with the automatic transmission. No more cringing at the gas pump. Good power steering. All that and I've received compliments on its' good looks as well!

love it.
I bought this car a month ago for its look, price, and fuel economy value. I'm pleased with all those, and I'm enjoying the added bonus of a fun, zippy driving experience. Considered the Honda Fit as well, but the Toyota buying experience was much more friendly. (Honda is jacking the Fit price up way above MSRP here in the SF Bay Area - "because we can," the dealers say...)

nice little car
My wife drives about 50 miles a day and in her truck was costing us about $400 in gas so we decided to pick up this. She got as much as 38mpg in the city, and 43 on the highway with the auto trans. It is a little car and performs as expected, but does have more headroom than other small cars. I am quite pleased with it.

this car is horrible
this is a very bad car. i hope nobody decides to purchase it. it would be better if toyota discontinues this ugly model. its runs very bad. it seems like it will break down. it looks ugly. it looks worse than a horse. in fact, i would rather ride a horse. i test drove it, and i hated it. i recomend that you don't purchase such a worthless car.

Laugh at the Pump
Sure, its a little too cute to be "manly", but it's surprisingly zippy and fun to drive. I was surprised by how roomy it is, and I love the gas mileage- I drive a lot for work and get paid by the mile. So go ahead and make fun- 40 mpg- who's laughing now, B****!

great little car
peppy, tight, solid feel. very roomy even for a 6'+ guy. Quietest small car i've ever driven. The gas guage seems to almost never move! Feels like Toyota quality through and through. I'd recommend it to anyone who does a lot of in-city driving.
