This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. The car meets all my needs from a function standpoint plus it is fun to drive. It has great acceleration and body roll its negligible. Gas mileage is as advertised, which is exemplary for a car with this kind of performance. I was hesitant in buying a four cylinder engine in a vehicle of this size and weight, but the performance is so much better than the six cylinder I had in the Lexus RX350 that I had right before this car. One major plus for the Audi is it always seems to be in the right gear for accelerating from a start or on the highway. There is no lag in waiting for the transmission to shift or for the turbo to kick in. Plus there are so many ways to set the way the car for shifting, steering feedback and suspension that it is nearly impossible not to find the right setting for any given situation. Functionally, there is plenty of room for four full-sized people and luggage, boxes, golf clubs or whatever else you want to throw in the back. The only minus that I have noted so far is the lack of interior storage for small items. The glovebox is plenty big, but the console has very limited storage capacity and the doors do not have a very functional bins for storing anything larger than a sunglass case. The bin in the console is always open and the design needs some more thought. My car has the upgraded stereo, which eats up space under the floor in the rear hatch area.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This car met all of my needs and feels very luxurious to drive. I wish there was more storage room in the console and the drink holders are awkward with the console tray.

Good so far. For a 4 cylinder it can generate a good bit of power when needed. My only complaint so far is that it has minimal storage. The console compartment is small and cannot be accessed unless the cup holder of cups is emptied!

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I really like how this vehicle drives so well, very smooth, responsive, and extremely comfortable drive. The exterior and exterior of the Q5 is beautiful. I do wish it had the touchscreen option however in this SUV with its infotainment system I don’t miss that option too much. The panoramic sunroof is a great feature. I definitely would recommend this vehicle to others.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Purchased the New 2017 Q3 after a wonderful sales experience. Days later I drove the New 2017 Q5 and decided to switch cars to the new 2017 Q5. Not only My sales specialist Ms. Marilyn Tedesco and the sales manager Mr. Edwin Mercedes were so excited, they actually helped me very efficiently and promptly through the exchange process. Let me say this, I paid for the difference in prices which was very fair and was out of the dealership with the new Q5 in less than half an hour..This is how business is done and loyalty is granted. I'm very happy, and satisfied about the whole process form beginning to end specially that I live in NYC and ending up purchasing from Audi Meadowlands. That says a lot. Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

The Audi Q5prestige package had drivers assistance and heads up dispay and a\c and heated seats. Great car for the money and a lot of fun to drive

I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers and looked at the GLA but it was just a bit too small for me. I had always been very satisfied with Benzel Busch and remembered that they had an Audi dealership so I called my sales rep on the MB side and she recommended I connect with Marilyn. I looked at the 2018 Audi Q3 and it won out over several other small SUV's I was looking into. The dealership is very friendly and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I did have a little brand separation anxiety but decided to give the Audi a try. I've only had the car for a few days so not enough time for a full evaluation of the vehicle yet. But, I give Marilyn 5 stars for her patience and her responsiveness. I also received a follow up email from the manager which was great. Once I decided on the Q3 I did call several other dealers but Audi Meadowlands won out on customer service and quick and attentive response.

So far we are thrilled with this new Audi. We went from an A4 sedan to the Q5 SUV. Looking forward to the same quality and reliability that our previous Audi gave us.

I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

Quality car with amazing amount of technology. My insurance went down compared with a 2011 Buick! Quite economical too on gas. Recommend it for a family, safe transporting children.

Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.

This car is like a dream. The ride is so smooth and the control I have while driving is amazing. It accelerates nicely and the turns are tight. It has so many bells and whistles technologically but they are easy to figure out.

Leased a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I intially started via internet and received an email from Allison. Very quick response with email and follow up phone call. Great customer experience from Allison. I moved on to Piero -who assisted me with the best deal structure that worked for me. We spoke about a few different options and he was willing to negotiate the terms with me so I was comfortable with the payment. He stayed engaged while I decided (for days..LOL) how I wanted to proceed-again, great customer focus and great experience. We decided on the terms and the next day I met with the finance manager Joe-it was a seamless transaction and nothing changed from our original agreement and structure with Piero. No extra "tax charges" (which has been my experience with other dealerships). No pressure for additional options like "tire and wheel"-he explained them all to me -but was my choice if I wanted them. Overall this was a great experience-Baron is a "Class" dealership who employ "Class" folks. When papers were signed, we met other members of the staff and also met the service consultant-Jason F-he too was a nice guy and explained how the service department runs. When we were finished, Piero took us to our car. He explained everything about the Nissan Rogue and demonstrated how to use the electronic door, pare phone, split seats, XM and really took his time with my husband and myself. This is my 5th Nissan and I love the brand- but this was by far the best dealership experience we have ever had. Thank you Baron ! Thank you Piero! for making this the best experience EVER!

Before I test drove and decided to get the Q5 I would see them on the road and thought what a great looking SUV. I also did my homework and studied up on them and compared to other SUV's that were similar. I have driven the Q5 for 3 weeks now and so far it has been great. I think the interior and exterior look great. The SUV handles well and has great power for a 4 cylinder @ 248 hp. My only complaint would be the infotainment system. I do not like the screen sitting on the dash like a flat screen TV, nor do I like having to use knobs to control everything. I wish everything was touchscreen like my Hyundai Tucson was. Seems some of the German manufacturers are behind the curve on infotainment technology.

I went to Yonkers Auto Mall with my husband to make sure he didn't spend WAY too much money on a vehicle. So right away when we arrived we were greeted by Eric Boykin. He was such a cheerful and courteous gentleman. I asked 1002 questions about my BMW and he answered them all. And what I really liked is that if he didn't know the answer, he was honest and told me so but then immediately got the answer for me. He never complained when we broke down or while we froze him to death in our dilapidated Kia. He even gave me top dollar for it. And that hard working girl Gina. To watch her work will make you tired. She worked hard to get me the best payment that I can afford. I love my 2015 BMW and would recommend Eric to anyone that wants a great deal and an even better experience.

Had the pleasure of connecting with Rich while shopping for a Audi. I had my heart set on a 2017 Q7 that was loaded but after sitting & doing our back & forth price dance, the numbers just did not work out. Well over the next few days I'm sure I pestered Rich a dozen times, but he was always polite, understanding, & treated me like a VIP. Finally, after 3 days off emails, text messages & phone calls we struck a deal. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Rich being so nice & treating me like a VIP, I would have given up. So, if you get the chance, sit down & work with Rich. You won't find a better more informed salesman anywhere else.

Victoria was very helpful in explaining what my vehicle needed and the cost and checked on me as I sat and waited. Wait room needs better heating but overall great experience.

I was on my way to the mall on a bright Saturday afternoon, at about 3:20pm, when I heard a beep coming from my dashboard. I looked at the message and it said to "turn off the engine and check the coolant." I panicked. My afternoon was ruined!, I thought. Luckily, I was a couple of minutes away from Town Audi and I pulled up to the service area immediately. I was greeted by one of the representatives and I explained what had happened. I told him that I needed my car back the same day because I live in NY, but I was going to the mall in NJ. He took down my information and told me he would get back to me as soon as the diagnostic test was done. I decided to visit a friend in the area thinking that it was going to take at least until closing time, 5:00pm. To my surprise, about 45 minutes later, I received a call from David, my rep. My car was done and ready to be picked up!! I was so grateful and excited. My plans were not ruined, after all. Well, needless to say, I went to the mall and spend the rest of the afternoon very happy.

Fantastic Car! I think the best value for money in the luxury crossover SUV segment, its real competition is really the BMW X3 (which I did not test drive). Really purchased for its safety features, but plenty luxurious and the drive/engine is fantastic, esp. in sport mode. Granted, first audi (or german luxury vehicle purchase) but could not be more thrilled!

I love this vehicle! I have always owned BMWs..so I was hesitant about moving into another vehicle family. I am so glad I did! This car is great! It meets beyond my vehicular standards!

After much research and dealership visits, I found the Audi Q5 to be the best in it's when compared to Volvo XC60, BMW X3, and Jaguar. Jaguar was completely out of price range compared to what was already loaded in the Audi Q5 and had what I believed to be an outdated infotainment system, it was not very user friendly. Although I liked the Volvo and its technology, I felt the design of the car to be underwhelming as well as being a slight grade in finishes below the Audi. As for BMW, the ride was just as smooth as the Audi, however, the BMW did not have the quattro handling system (neither did the rest) like the Audi. The Audi came with the options I wanted at a $2-3,000 less MSRP than the BMW. Also, a BMW with the no run-flat option tire is not readily available on the dealer's lot and has to be searched for or factory built. In all respects, the Audi Q5 just came out on top and the dealers were more willing to make a deal than the other brands.
