The QX60 is an excellent family car. It is comfortable and roomy, while remaining high end and luxurious at the same time. The third row has more room than most.
From the moment I drove in the dealership I received friendly and professional service. Alex, my service technician, knew me by name and welcomed me. Alex walked through the service with me and helped to make it a great experience. Pepe Infiniti Service delivers a 5 Star experience.

Super happy I bought this amazing SUV. I test drove all competitive vehicles and chose this over them all and glad I did. I considered an Audi Q7 but this was $15k less expensive.
We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too. One of the last Pininfarina designed GT cars on the market! GrandTurismo is the best looking, sounding and fun to drive "exotic" and dare I say reliable Italian GT cars on the market today!! Much better looking than the Ferrari California with virtually the same motor, but much better sounding and more usable with room for two adults in the back! Easy to maintain! I'm only writing this review because I find myself browsing for another one of these since my wife constantly drives mine, and truth be told I actually prefer to follow her im My Ferrari just to listen to the sounds this car makes!!! Yeah there are "Faster" cars out there, but the GrandTurismo is a GT car not a "Race Car". It's not a GTR or VETTE it's Fast Enough to get you into trouble but not Stupid Fast !
This is my 5th lease with Bayside Volkswagen. They take their time in explaining everything to their customers. I can see how much they value customer loyalty, which is why I plan to continue dealing with them until I die or have my license taken away! :-D

My experience was great! I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted. Silvano was able to deliver what I wanted within my price range. He found the color and options I wanted as well. He was so fast with getting back to me after he found my Tiguan. Silvano is super knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product, pricing, options and his customer service is absolutely amazing. Angelo is also a very big help and he is such a nice man. You can tell the two of them care more about the customer instead Of how much they???ll make on a deal. This car met my needs at the time. I have needed a car that got good gas mileage and was not a prius. this filled the need. the vehicle is sneaky fast (it’s not camaro but comparatively)
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.

This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
It was a pleasure dealing with devan Infiniti. I have bought many cars in my life and have had some horrible experiences with customer service but here it was flawless. I felt welcomed there the minute I stepped in. They treated me like a friend instead of someone trying get get money from me. Unlike most dealers, I actually met and spoke to their used car manager and he made it clear that he would help me out the best he could and truly appreciated my business. I will definitely buy from there in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Purchased Certified from Dealer. We Really good deal. You get a lot of car for the money. We looked at a lot of options and felt like the infiniti fit our needs the best with our budget.
Have been going to Devan Infiniti since my brother and I bought our EX35s there in 2009. I have always been impressed with the quality of the service provided. They have been quite fair with their prices and the quality of the work is top-notch, Bill and Chris in service are great and know their stuff. Highly recommended.

This drives more like a car than a SUV. Love the inside. and outside. The car cameras are great but can be confusing when multiple views are on. Otherwise the car has been wonderful so far.
I bought a used Infiniti from another dealership. I wanted an extra key and only Infiniti can do it. On the car faxe for my vehicle the previous owner always brought it here. So I called all of the Infiniti dealerships in the area for pricing n Devan was the best. I brought my car there and told them I wanted the key as well as a few problems I noticed. The fixed a bunch of stuff under the factory warranty and washed my car inside and out!!! The also sell a package free oil change for the entire time you own the car for 200!!!! I mean come on how can you beat that!!!! I love this place!!!!

Three years owned it and aside from oil changes, no money was stuck into it. Liked it so much, we decided to lease a 2019 Cherokee. In the past owned 2 Lexus, Chevy SUV's and the Jeep was ahead of them. EXCEPT for the leg room in the back seat.
Mazen helped us get a car at this dealership and it was a great process all the way through. We got the car and color we wanted with all the features and I can't wait to start driving it. Very nice staff!

Engineering flaws again

The 2017 VW Golf has an engineering flaw in the sunroof that causes the drains to get clogged with dirt. Most sunroofs have a metal windscreen that pops up, but the Golf has a fabric windscreen that captures dust and allows it to flow into the channel. Our sunroof leaked as a result. We had it in for the 10k, 20k service and were never told about maintaining the sunroof by blowing out the drains. But when it leaked they said it was our fault due to poor maintenance, while also telling us that at 40k miles they would have checked it. VW is not a good company. We bought the diesel that they engineered to pass the emissions test illegally, and had to buy this car as a replacement. We now have a regular job of blowing out the drains.
Mazen was a great salesperson. He took us to several lots and helped me find the car I was looking for. He got a detailed list of the features I needed and found one that fit. I test drove the Durango and took it home ! The buying process was smooth and all parties involved were very nice and kept me informed. Mazen then took the time to explain all the features of the car and what all the buttons do. I will certainly recommend family and friends to this dealership. I had a great experience !
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
